煙霧探測(cè)器CE認(rèn)證（歐盟強(qiáng)制認(rèn)證）－簡(jiǎn)介

在歐盟市場(chǎng)“CE”標(biāo)志屬?gòu)?qiáng)制性認(rèn)證標(biāo)志，以表明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟《技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對(duì)產(chǎn)品提出的一種強(qiáng)制性要求。

在煙霧探測(cè)器加貼CE標(biāo)志不但可以證明其產(chǎn)品符合建筑產(chǎn)品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 54-7）規(guī)定的安全，環(huán)保，衛(wèi)生和消費(fèi)者保護(hù)。而且可以合理規(guī)避貿(mào)易技術(shù)壁壘，在歐洲市場(chǎng)自由銷(xiāo)售并打開(kāi)其他國(guó)際市場(chǎng)。

注：歐盟建筑法規(guī)CPR（Construction Product Regulation） 305/2011/EU 全面取代歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品指令CPD(Construction Product Directive) 106/89/EEC, 并且從2013年7月1日起強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行

EN 54-7: Fire detection and fire alarm systems - Part 7: Smoke detectors - Point detectors using scattered light, transmitted light or ionization；

EN 54-7: 火災(zāi)探測(cè)和火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng).第7部分煙霧探測(cè)器：使用散射光、傳輸光或電傳點(diǎn)探測(cè)器

煙霧探測(cè)器CE認(rèn)證?–EN 54-7 – 涉及的產(chǎn)品范圍

This European Standard specifies requirements, test methods and performance criteria for point smoke detectors that operate using scattered light, transmitted light or ionization, intended for use in fire detection and fire alarm systems installed in and around buildings (see EN 54-1:2011).

This European standard provides for the assessment of verification of constancy of performance (AVCP)of point smoke detectors to this EN.

For other types of smoke detector, or smoke detectors working on different principles, this standard should only be used for guidance. Smoke detectors with special characteristics and developed for specific risks are not covered by this standard.

本歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了使用散射光，透射光或電離操作的點(diǎn)煙霧探測(cè)器的要求，測(cè)試方法和性能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，用于安裝在建筑物內(nèi)和周?chē)幕馂?zāi)探測(cè)和火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)(見(jiàn)EN 54-1:2011)。

本歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了點(diǎn)煙霧探測(cè)器性能穩(wěn)定性(AVCP)的評(píng)估驗(yàn)證。

對(duì)于其他類(lèi)型的感煙探測(cè)器，或工作原理不同的感煙探測(cè)器，本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)僅用于指導(dǎo)。具有特殊特性和為特定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)而開(kāi)發(fā)的煙霧探測(cè)器不包括在本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍內(nèi)。

煙霧探測(cè)器CE認(rèn)證－EN 54-7–認(rèn)證流程

1、確定需要認(rèn)證的產(chǎn)品類(lèi)型，提交申請(qǐng)

2、確定歐洲產(chǎn)品指令，煙霧探測(cè)器需符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CPR 305/2011/EU

3、確定歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，煙霧探測(cè)器需符合協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 54-7

4、根據(jù)CPR指令和協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 54-7進(jìn)行測(cè)試評(píng)估

5、獲得由歐盟公告機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)的測(cè)試報(bào)告和證書(shū)

6、發(fā)放產(chǎn)品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)

7、在產(chǎn)品包裝上加貼帶公告機(jī)構(gòu)編碼的CE標(biāo)志

8、在歐洲市場(chǎng)自由銷(xiāo)售
