Information：

Streptavidin, a bacterial protein isolated from Streptomyces avidinii, is similar to egg-white avidin in its ability to bind biotin, and has been used as a replacement for egg-white avidin because of its more favorable chemical properties.

Conjugates of streptavidin are recommended for use with Biotin-SP-conjugated antibodies and Biotin-SP-conjugated ChromPure proteins.

Usage：

Physical State: Freeze-dried solid

Storage and Rehydration: Store freeze-dried solid at 2-8°C. Rehydrate with the indicated volume of dH2O (see product specification sheet) and centrifuge if not clear. Store at 2-8°C?–?do not freeze. Prepare working dilution on day of use.

Expiration date: six months from date of rehydration. The expiration date may be extended if test results are acceptable for the intended use.

Buffer: 0.01M Sodium Phosphate, 0.25M NaCl, pH 7.6

Stabilizer: 15 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (IgG-Free, Protease-Free)

Preservative: 0.05% Sodium Azide

Suggested Working Concentration or Dilution Range:

1:50 - 1:200 for most applications

物理狀態(tài)：凍干固體

儲(chǔ)存和再水合：將凍干固體儲(chǔ)存在2-8°C。用規(guī)定體積的dH2O（見(jiàn)產(chǎn)品規(guī)格表）進(jìn)行再水化，如果不澄清，則進(jìn)行離心。儲(chǔ)存在2-8°C–不要凍結(jié)。使用當(dāng)天準(zhǔn)備工作稀釋液。
