①taking careful yourself that is to say considering other people’s feeling but defending the rights and interests of yours wouldn't be encroach?first.

①you will live with your decision ultimately

②when you feel unhappy or unfulfilled，you can blame none but yourself.

①Being thoughtfully and dialectically when someone else blame you are selfish

②say no to the invitations、asking、requirements that you unwilling to do.
