這些天有兩個(gè)項(xiàng)目客戶還是游走在確定的邊緣，內(nèi)心真的替他們著急，因?yàn)榍岸螘r(shí)間我有催他們要趕緊敲定，畢竟國慶節(jié)要來了，而且最近國內(nèi)很多項(xiàng)目都是趕國慶前完工的，基本上這個(gè)月都是排滿的。

因此我跟客戶說的交期都是35天以上的，末了還會(huì)補(bǔ)一句，收到定金后還要重新確認(rèn)一遍交貨時(shí)間。

對(duì)于還在猶豫的客戶，鑒于目前工廠的訂單安排，我一般會(huì)這樣催他們：

Could you please get back to me at the end of this week?

Please get back to me as soon as possible, it's better give me answer before our work today.

I hope you can confirm this afternoon, then we can get things moving before National Holiday.

We would appreciate an early reply, looking forward to hearing from you before Friday.

We were wondering whether you had received our email on 16th Sept. We have not heard from you we are worried that we did not explain the situation clearly. Please get back to me when you see this mail.

像今天客戶問我交期，我都會(huì)說，國慶之后才能確定，一般是國慶節(jié)回來算起，15-25天一個(gè)高柜的交期。

We are afraid we won't be able to start working on it until come back from National Day Holiday.

To be honestly speaking, now production line full of orders. we are afraid this month can not arrange your order. but we will try to put it at the first one after we coming back from National Day Holiday.

比如當(dāng)你在裝柜的時(shí)候，客戶使勁打電話催你做資料，或者是做報(bào)價(jià)，而你正在忙著看貨物，數(shù)件數(shù)，這個(gè)時(shí)候你恨不得自己是個(gè)千手觀音，你只能給客戶回復(fù)這會(huì)真的沒空，需要稍后再給您做，或者明天......

Now we are busy for loading, I am really haven't had time to make quotation for you righ now. will get back to you after 3 hours, thanks so much for your understanding and your patience.

I am really sorry for such late about your project details but we have been extremly busy today. I am sure can send you the documents tomorrow/ later tonight.

Thank you so much for your patience, today we are really crazy busy for loading. we will get back to you within 2 hours later/ Promise you I will put it the first thing tomorrow morning./ I will send you the list before sleeping today./ we will send you the design before the end of the day.

這樣說了之后，客戶一般都會(huì)表示理解！

有人說，為啥要把自己搞得那么累，裝柜就留給工廠去裝，讓車間主管幫你看著就行。也許是每個(gè)行業(yè)和產(chǎn)品的不同，我們這一行的產(chǎn)品比較特殊，多一個(gè)人看著就會(huì)多一份放心。曾經(jīng)也試過沒去現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)裝，最后漏掉的配件，運(yùn)費(fèi)也是需要掏腰包平分的。

希望你用盡全力去奔赴，哪怕忙成狗，累到崩潰，你跳動(dòng)的心依然能長出藤蔓，纏繞成夢(mèng)想的花環(huán)。何懼？生命如海，奔騰不息！

我們能成為什么樣的人，過上什么樣的生活，本質(zhì)上就是我們所做的大大小小的選擇和決定的疊加。
