甲氧基-聚乙二醇-磷脂酰乙醇胺，mPEG-DSPE是形成脂質(zhì)體的優(yōu)良材料，可用于基因轉(zhuǎn)染和疫苗傳遞，藥物運輸。亦可用于靶向用藥。磷脂具有疏水性和親水性。僅用于科研，不可用于診治。MPEG-DSPE 是DSPE（二硬脂酰磷脂酰乙醇胺）的PEG（聚乙二醇）衍生物，因聚乙二醇末端采用了甲氧基封端，使PEG部分失活不能繼續(xù)反應(yīng)，因此稱為MPEG。
