MPEG-DBCO, also known as methoxy-PEG-DBCO, is a polyethylene glycol derivative of DBCO (dibenzocyclooctyne), which can react with azide without any metal catalyst. The 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of cyclooctyne and azide promoted by the strain, also known as copper-free click reaction, is a biological orthogonal reaction that can make two molecules conjugate in aqueous solution. PEG-DBCO derivatives have good water solubility, rapid kinetics and stability in water buffer. They are one of the PEG reagents that modify proteins, peptides, antibodies, biopolymers and particles through copper-free click chemical reactions.
mPEG-DBCO,也稱為甲氧基-PEG-DBCO,是一種聚乙二醇化DBCO(二苯并環(huán)辛炔)衍生物,無需任何金屬催化劑即可與疊氮化物發(fā)生反應(yīng)。菌株促進(jìn)的環(huán)辛炔和疊氮化合物的1,3-偶極環(huán)加成反應(yīng),也稱為無銅點擊反應(yīng),是一種生物正交反應(yīng),可使兩個分子在水溶液中共軛。PEG-DBCO衍生物具有良好的水溶性,在水緩沖液中具有快速動力學(xué)和穩(wěn)定性。它們是通過無銅點擊化學(xué)反應(yīng)修飾蛋白質(zhì)、肽、抗體、生物聚合物和顆粒的聚乙二醇化試劑之一。
