語音報警系統(tǒng)的組件揚聲器CE認證（歐盟強制認證）－簡介

在歐盟市場“CE”標志屬強制性認證標志，以表明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟《技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)與標準化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對產(chǎn)品提出的一種強制性要求。

在揚聲器加貼CE標志不但可以證明其產(chǎn)品符合建筑產(chǎn)品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關(guān)標準（歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標準EN 54-24）規(guī)定的安全，環(huán)保，衛(wèi)生和消費者保護。而且可以合理規(guī)避貿(mào)易技術(shù)壁壘，在歐洲市場自由銷售并打開其他國際市場。

注：歐盟建筑法規(guī)CPR（Construction Product Regulation） 305/2011/EU 全面取代歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品指令CPD(Construction Product Directive) 106/89/EEC, 并且從2013年7月1日起強制執(zhí)行

This European Standard specifies requirements, test methods and performance criteria for loudspeakers intended to broadcast a warning of fire between a fire detection and fire alarm system and the occupants of a building.

This European Standard specifies loudspeakers for two types of application environment: type A, generally for indoor use and type B, generally for outdoor use.

This European Standard does not cover loudspeakers for special applications, for example loudspeaker for use in hazardous applications, if such applications require additional or other requirements or tests than those given in this European Standard.

This European Standard is not intended to cover addressable loudspeakers, loudspeakers with active components. Voice alarm sounders are covered in EN 54-3:2001.

本歐洲標準規(guī)定了用于在火災(zāi)探測和火災(zāi)報警系統(tǒng)與建筑物居住者之間廣播火災(zāi)警告的揚聲器的要求、測試方法和性能標準。

本歐洲標準規(guī)定了兩種應(yīng)用環(huán)境的揚聲器:A型，通常用于室內(nèi)使用，B型，通常用于室外使用。

本歐洲標準不包括特殊應(yīng)用的揚聲器，例如用于危險應(yīng)用的揚聲器，如果這些應(yīng)用需要比本歐洲標準中給出的額外或其他要求或測試。

本歐洲標準不包括可尋址揚聲器和帶有有源元件的揚聲器。聲音警報器在EN 54-3:2001中有涵蓋。

1、確定需要認證的產(chǎn)品類型，提交申請

2、確定歐洲產(chǎn)品指令，揚聲器需符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CPR 305/2011/EU

3、確定歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標準，揚聲器需符合協(xié)調(diào)標準EN 54-24

4、根據(jù)CPR指令和協(xié)調(diào)標準EN 54-24進行測試評估

5、獲得由歐盟公告機構(gòu)頒發(fā)的測試報告和證書

6、發(fā)放產(chǎn)品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)

7、在產(chǎn)品包裝上加貼帶公告機構(gòu)編碼的CE標志

8、在歐洲市場自由銷售
