心路歷程: 印象中這是第一次練習(xí)寫作文，目的僅僅是為了窺探下背誦新概念之后潛意識對文章風(fēng)格的吸收和儲備，而不是為了寫作而寫作，因此，有些問題和錯誤并沒有去深究或者修改。 大概在背誦完新概念三前面二十多篇文章后，有一天馬路上跑步，在十字路口等紅綠燈的時候看到對面一個老年環(huán)衛(wèi)工人用自行車?yán)撕芏嗨芰掀浚下芳绲臅r候差點翻倒。 突然心中就彈出一個描述性的口語框架來描述這個場景。當(dāng)時對英語學(xué)習(xí)方法論又有了進(jìn)一步的認(rèn)知和確認(rèn)。 疫情放開后，發(fā)燒，中斷了一段時間的學(xué)習(xí)。近期重新開始背誦復(fù)述。上周去換煤氣表，在樓下等維修人員來的時間，又試圖對這個事件進(jìn)行描述。 把兩件事合并在一起，文章框架很快就彈出來，寫完后內(nèi)容沒有做實質(zhì)性的修改，除了幾個單詞和時態(tài)進(jìn)行了確認(rèn)。 Last Friday, my wife received a call from the natural gas company informing that it is time for the replacement of the gas meter in one of our properties. In the evening, she asked me to deal with it the next day. Despite the fact that the installation only takes a half hour, I couldn’t get around to it because I had been quite busy doing my job last week. So, I suggested this Friday. Acting like a capable professional assistant, my wife immediately rang up the company and made a appointment.? I woke up with a start on Friday morning when my wife was calling me once more. She told me that the gas man had already been on the way to our apartment. Having put on my jacket, I rushed out at once. I wished I could have driven as fast as I could, still I kept sixty miles an hour to make sure that safety always comes first. While I was waiting at a big crossroad, I noticed a very elderly man on a pedestrian-crossing carrying a a large number of plastic bottles on the back of his bike, as it was extremely heavy the man almost fell to the ground. I would have given him a hand if I had not been driving at that time. I must say life is so hard. Suddenly a terrible horn was blaring from behind, urging me to start the engine. I felt genuinely sorry that I had to leave.?? By the time I had parked my car in the neighborhood, my cellphone rang. It must be the man from the natural gas company. I answered the phone and it was a enthusiastic young man in his twenties, he said that he had already arrived at the gate. I told him I would meet him there in several minutes and then invited him in. The installation of the gas meter was all over in twenty minutes. In the process, he kept talking about his work and how much he loved his family. Just as he was about to complete what he had been doing, he asked me if I was willing to pay 10 Yuan for four new batteries, for he was certain that the old batteries in the compartment of the gas meter box was almost dead. Although 10 Yuan was a very small amount of money, he was extremely happy that I readily accepted his offer for we both knew that he took it as an extra income.? On the way back home, I recalled a movie lines: “there is no easy word in the world of adults”. I never consider myself to be a successful man, but as the head of my family, I would make sure that I can bring home the bacon and take good care of them. If I can do that, then I feel very satisfied for the rest of my life.
