what makes children help each other at school ?

as far as I can tell , there are usually two things to make children help each other at school for real .

1st?instructions given by teachers or parents have a way to encourage children to help each other on campus?since children tend to imitate what they have seen or heard no matter where they are , for instance ,....

2nd?school activities requiring team playing and cooperation leave children with no choice but they have to help each other as they ought to get the job done punctually with?sound quality?, for example ,....
