About the job
This position is to directly sell Altium software products to the named accounts, focused onsubscription renewal business, and in so doing create a means for achievement of the revenuetarget. The position requires telemarketing skills & relationship building activities along with drivingAltium’s value.
Location?Shiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo (Remote work is acceptable)
Reporting to?Global Director, Subscription Team
Responsibilities
?To achieve sales targets in the region of Japan from renewal customers, he or she willfocus on achieving subscription renewal sales, along with other designations.
?Plans and prioritizes personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towardsachieving sales targets.
Responsible for telemarketing in Japan including but not limited to cold calling, meetingor exceeding established standards for the minimum number of calls or talk time perday.?
Meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Work closely by yourself with customers to articulate Altium’s value.
Drive adoption of enterprise agreements in the targeted named accounts to ensurelong-term relationships and maximum contract value.
Ensure customer success.
Maintain accurate Salesforce information.
Travel at necessary to attending events and meeting clients.
Learns and maintains in-depth knowledge of Altium products and technologies,competitive products and industry trends.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electronic design, Business, Communication or related fields, or acombination of equivalent education or experience.
2-3 years of relevant sales experience in software sales.
Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic territory plans leading toachievement of sales target.
Excellent communication skills, including ability to influence decision makers.
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality andbusiness profit.
Strong commitment to superior customer service and desire to be THE top salesrepresentative.
Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases such asSalesforce.
Solid English writing and reading ability.
