常州威雅女子賽艇隊(duì)在保持原有人數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，在今年又加入了許多新面孔。

隨著國際交流形式的加強(qiáng)，今年6月，常州威雅賽艇隊(duì)將重啟英國亨利皇家賽艇會(huì)之旅。對于即將前往英國參加這場盛會(huì)，女孩子們感到尤為興奮雀躍：終于可以大展拳腳啦！她們正積極備戰(zhàn)接下來的英國亨利皇家賽艇會(huì)比賽，對訓(xùn)練的熱情也極其高漲。

每年初夏在英格蘭泰晤士亨利河畔的河面上舉辦的賽艇活動(dòng)始創(chuàng)于1839年，迄今已經(jīng)有178年的歷史。每年7月，這場盛會(huì)都吸引著世界各地著名賽艇俱樂部、大學(xué)選手參加，涌現(xiàn)出不少世界冠軍和奧運(yùn)會(huì)冠軍。該活動(dòng)是英國社交季節(jié)的重要組成部分之一。

學(xué)生們知道這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)來之不易，無論是每周兩次的晚間室內(nèi)訓(xùn)練，還是雷打不動(dòng)的周六水上訓(xùn)練，每個(gè)人都是卯足了勁頭，認(rèn)真對待，高質(zhì)量完成教練布置的任務(wù)。

每周三、周五晚上七點(diǎn)到八點(diǎn)是女子賽艇隊(duì)的日常訓(xùn)練時(shí)間。隊(duì)員們在賽艇運(yùn)動(dòng)中心集合，一起進(jìn)行室內(nèi)的劃船機(jī)訓(xùn)練。該專項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練主要是從動(dòng)作和耐力的角度給予學(xué)生們合適的指導(dǎo)。教練會(huì)針對學(xué)生的動(dòng)作，一步一步教會(huì)隊(duì)員們怎樣正確發(fā)力，從而掌握效率最大化的劃船技巧。

每周六下午三點(diǎn)到五點(diǎn)是女子賽艇隊(duì)集中下水的訓(xùn)練時(shí)間。教練會(huì)結(jié)合當(dāng)天天氣、人數(shù)來決定最適合的集體訓(xùn)練方式，也會(huì)針對隊(duì)員個(gè)人能力進(jìn)行個(gè)性化訓(xùn)練。在這過程中，隊(duì)員的熟練能力和技巧都會(huì)得到提升。經(jīng)過長時(shí)間的訓(xùn)練，隊(duì)員從不會(huì)拉航向，到可以熟練駕駛船只，從在船上不會(huì)顧及其他隊(duì)員的狀況，到可以整齊劃一地相互配合并長時(shí)間保持統(tǒng)一劃船動(dòng)作……她們變得越來越出色，每位隊(duì)員對劃船的熱愛也與日俱增。

臨近比賽，女子賽艇隊(duì)正在更加努力地做著準(zhǔn)備，比如增加訓(xùn)練時(shí)間和項(xiàng)目、更高效率地利用訓(xùn)練時(shí)間進(jìn)行專項(xiàng)提升等等。教練介紹道，今年女子賽艇隊(duì)的主要重心會(huì)放在雙人、四人和八人艇的訓(xùn)練上，這不僅是為比賽做準(zhǔn)備，也能鍛煉孩子們的配合意識(shí)，讓孩子們更深切體會(huì)團(tuán)隊(duì)精神的重要性，并鍛煉她們過硬的意志品質(zhì)。

常州威雅女子賽艇隊(duì)一直保持著賽艇運(yùn)動(dòng)優(yōu)秀的特質(zhì)——傳承精神，老隊(duì)員們一直在隊(duì)伍里面起到傳、幫、帶的作用，讓每一個(gè)新加入的隊(duì)員都能感受到常州威雅女子賽艇隊(duì)團(tuán)結(jié)友愛、勇于拼搏的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神！

The WASCZ Girl's Rowing Team is currently preparing with great enthusiasm for the upcoming Royal Henley Regatta in the UK in June. This renowned regatta is considered to be one of the most prestigious and well-known events in the world of rowing.

The team is proud to welcome several new members, who have injected a new wave of energy and enthusiasm into the core crew of rowers. The team members are determined to give it their all and make their mark in this important event.

To achieve this goal, the team members are putting in a tremendous amount of effort and dedication. They are attending twice-weekly indoor training sessions in the evenings and practicing on the water every Saturday afternoon. During these sessions, the team focuses on targeted exercises to improve their technique, endurance and teamwork.

Their coach is providing individualized guidance to each rower, helping them to improve their technique and maximize their performance. The team is also training on double, quadruple, and eight-person boats, which will prepare them for the competition and enhance their cooperation and team spirit.

The team members are fully committed to their training and are constantly striving to improve. They are proud to be representing their school at this prestigious event and are determined to do their best. The WASCZ Girl's Rowing Team is a shining example of teamwork, dedication, and perseverance, and they are sure to make their school proud at the Royal Henley Regatta.
