外貿(mào)人必備,教科書式的漲價模板

今天我們聊一聊該如何通過郵件告知忠實客戶價格變動,并最大程度防止客戶流失呢?
1提前告知客戶
在漲價前,要預先給客戶通知,最好提前1-2個月,并做詳細的說明,留給客戶充足的時間來調整他的銷售價格。
2明確提價的原因
如果客戶已經(jīng)購買同一種產(chǎn)品幾個月或幾年了,這使得你和外貿(mào)客戶強調產(chǎn)品質量的重要性至關重要。
例如,隨著一些原材料越來越稀缺和昂貴,為了保持產(chǎn)品的質量,被迫提高使用這些材料的產(chǎn)品的價格。
3給報價有效期
有些材料波動大的產(chǎn)品,在報價的時候,要給客戶一個報價有效期限。這樣當你調整價格時,可以以此為依據(jù)與客戶溝通。
另外,也最好確定整個公司都知道漲價的消息,在成本差異、理由和物流等方面保持一致的聲音,避免一些不必要的麻煩。
