上外考研英語MTI英語翻譯基礎(chǔ)漢譯英翻譯練習(xí)

英語翻譯基礎(chǔ)是上外MTI考研初試中很重要的一科，總分是150分。一般是考兩篇翻譯，一篇英譯漢和一篇漢譯英。其中漢譯英分值同常為80分或75分，政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等主題都可能會(huì)涉及。今天給大家分享幾個(gè)中譯英考研專項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練題，嘗試做一下，感受一下題目的特點(diǎn)，平時(shí)也多做訓(xùn)練，加強(qiáng)應(yīng)試能力。

練習(xí)一

如何跨越這一階段？答案是不能片面追求增長速度，而是要立足自身、放眼長遠(yuǎn)，推進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革，探尋新的增長動(dòng)力和發(fā)展路徑。

How should we get through this stage? Growth rate alone is not the answer. Instead, we should, on the basis of our current conditions and bearing in mind the long-term goal, advance structural reform and explore new growth drivers and development paths.

要把握新工業(yè)革命的機(jī)遇，以創(chuàng)新促增長、促轉(zhuǎn)型，積極投身智能制造、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、共享經(jīng)濟(jì)等帶來的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展浪潮，努力領(lǐng)風(fēng)氣之先，加快新舊動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換。

We should seize the opportunity presented by the new industrial revolution to promote growth and change growth model through innovation. We should pursue innovation-driven development created by smart manufacturing, the "Internet Plus" model, digital economy and sharing economy, stay ahead of the curve and move faster to replace old growth drivers with new ones.

要通過改革打破制約經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的藩籬，掃清不合理的體制機(jī)制障礙，激發(fā)市場和社會(huì)活力，實(shí)現(xiàn)更高質(zhì)量、更具韌性、更可持續(xù)的增長。

We should eliminate impediments to economic development through reform, remove systemic and institutional barriers, and energize the market and the society, so as to achieve better quality, more resilient and sustainable growth.

練習(xí)二

金磚國家雖然國情不同，但處于相近發(fā)展階段，具有相同發(fā)展目標(biāo)。我們應(yīng)該共同探索經(jīng)濟(jì)創(chuàng)新增長之道，加強(qiáng)宏觀政策協(xié)調(diào)和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對(duì)接，發(fā)揮產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和資源稟賦互補(bǔ)優(yōu)勢，培育利益共享的價(jià)值鏈和大市場，形成聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展格局。

Despite different national conditions, we BRICS countries are at a similar development stage and share the same development goals. We should jointly explore ways to boost innovation-driven growth. This requires us to improve macroeconomic policy coordination, synergize our respective development strategies, leverage our strengths in terms of industrial structure and resources endowment, and create value chains and a big market for shared interests, so as to achieve interconnected development.

我們要用改革創(chuàng)新的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為其他新興市場國家和發(fā)展中國家搶抓機(jī)遇、應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)闖出一條新路。

Basing ourselves on our own practices of reform and innovation, we should blaze a new path which may also help other emerging market and developing countries to seize opportunities and meet challenges.

經(jīng)濟(jì)合作是金磚機(jī)制的根基。我們應(yīng)該緊緊圍繞這條主線，落實(shí)《金磚國家經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴戰(zhàn)略》，推動(dòng)各領(lǐng)域合作機(jī)制化、實(shí)心化，不斷提升金磚合作含金量。

Economic cooperation is the foundation of the BRICS mechanism. With this focus in mind, we should implement the Strategy for BRICS Economic Partnership, institutionalize and substantiate cooperation in various sectors, and continue to enhance the performance of BRICS cooperation.

今年，我們在新開發(fā)銀行和應(yīng)急儲(chǔ)備安排建設(shè)、電子商務(wù)、貿(mào)易和投資便利化、服務(wù)貿(mào)易、本幣債券、科技創(chuàng)新、工業(yè)合作、政府和社會(huì)資本合作等領(lǐng)域取得了一系列成果，拓展了經(jīng)濟(jì)合作廣度和深度。

This year, we have made progress in the operation of the New Development Bank and Contingent Reserve Arrangement, and in e-commerce, trade and investment facilitation, trade in services, local currency bond issuance, scientific and technological innovation, industrial cooperation and public-private partnership, thus expanding and intensifying economic cooperation. 我們要繼續(xù)努力，落實(shí)以往的成果和共識(shí)，讓現(xiàn)有機(jī)制發(fā)揮作用，同時(shí)積極探索務(wù)實(shí)合作新方式新內(nèi)涵，拉緊聯(lián)系紐帶，讓金磚合作行穩(wěn)致遠(yuǎn)。

We should continue to implement agreements and consensus already reached and better leverage the role of current mechanisms. We should also actively explore new ways and new areas of practical cooperation and strengthen our ties to ensure durable and fruitful BRICS cooperation.

第二，勇?lián)鸫u責(zé)任，維護(hù)世界和平安寧。和平與發(fā)展互為基礎(chǔ)和前提。要和平不要沖突、要合作不要對(duì)抗是世界各國人民共同愿望。在各國一道努力下，世界總體和平得以保持半個(gè)多世紀(jì)。

Secondly, we BRICS countries should shoulder our responsibilities to uphold global peace and stability. Peace and development underpin and reinforce each other. People around the world want peace and cooperation, not conflict or confrontation. Thanks to the joint efforts of all countries, global peace has reigned for more than half a century.

但是，世界仍不太平，地區(qū)沖突和熱點(diǎn)問題一波未平、一波又起?？植乐髁x、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全等威脅相互交織，為世界蒙上一層陰影。

However, incessant conflicts in some parts of the world and hotspot issues are posing challenges to world peace. The intertwined threats of terrorism and lack of cybersecurity, among others, have cast a dark shadow over the world.

練習(xí)五

金磚國家是世界和平的維護(hù)者、國際安全秩序的建設(shè)者。今年，我們舉行安全事務(wù)高級(jí)代表會(huì)議和外長正式會(huì)晤，建立常駐多邊機(jī)構(gòu)代表定期磋商機(jī)制，召開外交政策磋商、反恐工作組、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全工作組、維和事務(wù)磋商等會(huì)議，就是要加強(qiáng)在國際和地區(qū)重大問題上的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)，匯聚金磚合力。

We BRICS countries are committed to upholding global peace and contributing to the international security order. This year, we have held the Meeting of High Representatives for Security Issues and the Meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs/International Relations. We have put in place the regular meeting mechanism for our permanent representatives to the multilateral institutions, and convened the Foreign Policy Planning Dialogue, the Meeting of Counter-Terrorism Working Group, the Meeting of Cybersecurity Working Group, and the Consultation on Peacekeeping Operations. These efforts aim to strengthen consultation and coordination on major international and regional issues and build synergy among the BRICS countries.

我們要維護(hù)聯(lián)合國憲章宗旨和原則以及國際關(guān)系基本準(zhǔn)則，堅(jiān)定維護(hù)多邊主義，推動(dòng)國際關(guān)系民主化，反對(duì)霸權(quán)主義和強(qiáng)權(quán)政治。要倡導(dǎo)共同、綜合、合作、可持續(xù)的安全觀，建設(shè)性參與地緣政治熱點(diǎn)問題解決進(jìn)程，發(fā)揮應(yīng)有作用。

We should uphold the purposes and principles of the UN Charter and basic norms governing international relations, firmly support multilateralism, work for greater democracy in international relations, and oppose hegemonism and power politics. We should foster the vision of common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable security, and take a constructive part in the process of resolving geopolitical hotspot issues and make our due contributions.
