Cytoskeleton艾美捷?纖維連接蛋白是從牛血漿中純化的。蛋白質(zhì)純度通過(guò)在4-20%聚丙烯酰胺凝膠上掃描考馬斯藍(lán)染色蛋白質(zhì)的密度測(cè)定來(lái)確定。生物素化纖維連接蛋白的純度>80%（左圖）。

該蛋白質(zhì)經(jīng)過(guò)修飾，在隨機(jī)表面賴氨酸處含有共價(jià)連接的生物素。生物素長(zhǎng)鏈活化酯[生物素XX，琥珀酰亞胺酯]用于標(biāo)記蛋白質(zhì)。標(biāo)記效率取決于使用堿性磷酸酶結(jié)合鏈霉親和素檢測(cè)10 ng生物素化纖維連接蛋白的能力（右圖）。

Cytoskeleton艾美捷?纖維連接蛋白在SDS-PAGE上以單個(gè)亞單位的形式運(yùn)行，表觀分子量為230 kDa。FNR03是一種白色凍干粉末。每個(gè)小瓶含有20微克蛋白質(zhì)。
