ManNAz（四?；?N-疊氮基乙?；事短前罚┦且环N疊氮化物標(biāo)記的糖，提供了一種高特異性方法，ManNAz被細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)化為疊氮唾液酸衍生物，用于細(xì)胞表面蛋白的N-連接糖基化。主要用于通過體內(nèi)代謝標(biāo)記和化學(xué)選擇性連接研究糖蛋白。

Detection of metabolic labeling with azido-sugars in different cell types using azide-reactive DyLight Dyes
A549, U2OS and HK-2 cells were incubated with 40µM azido-acetylmannosamine in cell culture media for 72 hours and then incubated with 100µM of DyLight 550-Phosphine (yellow). The cells were washed, fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and counterstained with Hoechst 33342 (blue).
