By the monitoring system and the prodigious central screen, the whole of the team had an insurmountably distinct sight of the unknown invading the aliens but never had any of them seen the alien creatures before, neither in reality or through any means of indirect experience.
‘What are they? Where do they come from and what the exact purpose of the invasion?’ Asked the chief inwardly in fear of the potential occupation of the whole plant of Earth, the very home to all humanity and their cultures for thousands of years despite his usual expression of altogether unperturbedness which was one basic and necessary character any officer at such a level and on such a position should have all the time. Even without any specific order, soldiers who had been assigned to guard the outskirt of the base domain had already engaged a fierce battle with the invaders.
‘They are enemies of some alien creatures invading our planet. All of the team, Cast all laser cannons at the enemies. Annihilate them all and show no mercy!’ Another command was shouted out thunderously from the lips of the chief, his tone of voice betraying sheer determination and ferociousness as if he was to swallow all the invaders.
The alien intruders were all alike as each of them resembled so strongly a bellicose giant crab but having blood of a certain type of spider, perchance black widow, their huge claws glitteringly yellow, eyes shiningly ruby and blackish green shells as hard as diamond, each of the monstrous creatures as tall as between five and six meters, the length being between four and five, width being between three and four. When each of them opened its tremendous mouth, it would indubitably swallow up ten mammoth tanks in a single gulp and tear them apart into unbelievably tiny pieces with its sharp teeth, each as long as two meters, so mighty that nothing could not be penetrated by it. Troops of soldiers who had been yearning for a battle any victory over which would bring honor to them swarmed out of their barracks at the backside of the base at this red alert. A squad of them rushed to be on guard at one of the main entrances to defend any invader off the base, ultimately important for the United Government but even before the young soldiers, most of them just having crossed the threshold of adulthood, managed to keep balance of the earthquake occasioned by the alien creatures, one of them charged into the entrance from outside, and at the first sight of it, the frightened soldiers shot wildly at it whose claw-like teeth and mouth was already blood-stained which signified that it had already killed some other guards standing on guard outside the base.
