一、記憶方法

1.通過(guò)詞根詞綴使單詞產(chǎn)生聯(lián)想。

visit：vis- 看，-it走。

hesitation：hes-粘、黏。

photosynthesis：photo-光，-syn合，-the放置，-sis名詞后綴。

2.通過(guò)中文諧音。

curse：詛咒。（克死）

ponderous：笨重的

eulogy：/'ju?l?d??/ 頌詞，贊詞，悼詞。

Tradition dictates the current present delivers the eulogy.

按照慣例，現(xiàn)任總統(tǒng)將致念悼詞。

coffin：/?k?fin/ 棺材。

They bore the coffin into the church.他們把棺材抬進(jìn)教堂。
