Wake up at the same time - Weekends, Holidays, Birthdays included. Regardless of when you went to bed. Your body will eventually let you know if you get too little sleep.
Listen to an Audiobook/Read a Book on your commute - Make the most out of the boring time and learn something.
Write down your Goals before you go to bed and after you wake up - Think about your dreams and goals all day and night by priming yourself right.
Journal Once A Day - Take some time to reflect, to reconsider your day and to put awareness on what you can do the next day.
Decisive answers - Either it’s a “Hell yes” or a “No”. Everything that is not a clear yes defaults to a No.
Keep a To-Do List with you - Whenever something bothers you in your head, write it on that list. Set a specific time and date for when you will accomplish it so that you don’t keep thinking about it.
Remove Useless Apps, Tabs and Clothes you do not wear - Every 3 months clean your desktop, cell phone and your closet of unused items. It will make you feel much better.
Spend 5 Minutes a Day Cleaning - That’s often enough to keep a relatively neat environment that will guide your productivity.
Engage with at least 1 Person further than you - Someone that is further towards a similar goal to yours. Engage with them, learn from them, and allow yourself to be pulled along with them.
Stick to your Choices - Not all will be great, and you will always miss out on something. Stick to the choice you make, suffer the consequences and learn to make better choices rather than avoiding bad consequences. This will keep you streamlined to positive results.
Laugh - Once a day, in some way, laugh as hard as you can. Watch a funny video, look at jokes online, or be childish and weird when you are alone. Seek to laugh at least once a day as hAppiness and productivity correlate quite a bit.

Totally agreed with the very first point. I have realized how my effectiveness gets affected when my sleeping schedule gets mixed up. Of course some professionals can not afford to do that because their presence and attention is needed All the time

This is the worst advice that I ever read : Laugh Online. Don’t you have friends ? You guys live online. Others are Alive. Other points are common place. Way to go !

Keep a plain paper and note down things you are doing: studying, surfing, working out etc with time. You will become more productive.

Have a small, but good friend circle and few who are superior than you in few aspects
If you are talking on phone for long, use an ear phone. You can do other works as well :) :)
If you are traveling long, you can watch some YouTube videos to learn a new skill or course
Always balance economy with Arts. Economy means job, career, money and Arts include reading literature, learning a musical instrument or learning painting
Drink 2–3 glasses of lukewarm water before sleeping. This will help you to get up early.
Learn when and how to say No to others. It will save lots of energy and time of yours
Optimize Internet usage. Keep minimum number of Apps on your phone and uninstall social media Apps. Log out each time when you log in. Mute people whose posts distract you.

Have a small, but good friend circle and few who are superior than you in few aspects.
Do we really choose friends or it just hAppens despite the differences? If you choose friends based on so-called superiority, where’s friendship in it? It’s selfishness.

It meant that look at your life. You always choose a friend who is superior than you in something like in study, or sports or in doing bakar.
Secondly I meant avoid friends who waste your time and energy on stupid things.
At times we all love fun, joy. But if it becomes a habit life becomes disastrous

Friends you make in school time and college time perhaps stay with you for life. Others are just acquaintances.

Oh my goodness! Point 7, this is exactly what I think.
When I was in 12th, I had to wake up early. So I drink 4 glass of hot water before sleep and it exactly help me to wake up at 5AM. If I drink 5 glass, I wake up at 4.
More number of glass water I will drink, as soon I will wake up at morning.
This actually works.
I don't use alarm because I love to wake up naturally, this creates more positivity at morning.

Sorry, no ,lukewarm water works great in morning first thing after getting up. Water consumption shall start in morning, with 2 glass warm water; and no water after 8 pm.

My only question is why our so called superior friend will accept my friendship..? ie he might be looking for someone more superior to him. No one wants to help a inferior guy in general. World is full of selfish people with very few exceptions,.. We have to be extremely lucky to get a good mentor who shows us the right path. In this divercified world even that is very difficult.
