DSPE-PEG-SS是DSPE-PEG-NHS的一種，可以提供用于與含胺部分或配體綴合的NHS基團。SS代表琥珀酰亞胺基琥珀酸酯。NHS酯通過碳酸鹽鍵連接到PEG，與胺反應后，在PEG和含胺分子之間形成穩(wěn)定的氨基甲酸酯鍵。其靶向分子包括抗體、適體、蛋白質(zhì)和肽，通常用于遞送具有脂質(zhì)雙層的靶向medicinal，延長循環(huán)半衰期，并減少非特異性蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)合或細胞粘附。

DSPE-PEG-SS is a type of DSPE-PEG-NHS that can provide NHS groups for conjugation with amine containing moieties or ligands. SS stands for succinimide succinate. NHS esters are connected to PEG through carbonate bonds and react with amines to form stable carbamate bonds between PEG and amine containing molecules. Its targeted molecules include antibodies, aptamers, proteins, and peptides, and are commonly used to deliver targeted medical molecules with lipid bilayers, extend the circulating half life, and reduce nonspecific protein binding or cell adhesion.
