近日,筆者前往一所學(xué)校聽(tīng)課。正巧,幾位家長(zhǎng)也前來(lái)‘“旁聽(tīng)”。課后,家長(zhǎng)們竊語(yǔ),“如果學(xué)校天天都上公開(kāi)課就好了”。聽(tīng)了這句話我心頭一顫,沉默了好一陣。眾所周知,公開(kāi)課是檢驗(yàn)教師各項(xiàng)能力的一種直接、有效的方法。上公開(kāi)課時(shí),教室后排通常有同事、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)“洗耳恭聽(tīng)”。有些學(xué)校還將公開(kāi)課的效果同教師的評(píng)先進(jìn)、評(píng)職稱掛鉤。于是,教師對(duì)公開(kāi)課便另眼看待:一節(jié)公開(kāi)課花上數(shù)日,甚至數(shù)十日的時(shí)間準(zhǔn)備;課堂教學(xué)也特認(rèn)真仔細(xì);一些平?!吧岵坏糜谩钡慕叹咭泊箫@身手。但是日常教學(xué)中,有的。教師上課便沒(méi)有上公開(kāi)課那么“賣力”了:教材教參受到“冷落”,教具也被“束之高閣”,兩相比較,切實(shí)關(guān)心學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)家人怎能不拔出“天天上公開(kāi)課”的感嘆呢?我們知道知識(shí)是靠日積月累的,不是一節(jié)公開(kāi)課就能授教完畢的,學(xué)生獲取知識(shí)的主要途徑是每天一節(jié)課的教學(xué)過(guò)程。因此,教師應(yīng)當(dāng)把每一節(jié)課都當(dāng)成公開(kāi)課來(lái)上。當(dāng)然我們不可能想象一些教師上公文課一樣花大量的精力備課,但只要本質(zhì)上公開(kāi)課的干勁精神,上好每一節(jié)課,為人師者,也就無(wú)愧于心了。(毛鋒華)以下是英文版:Recently, the author went to a school to attend classes.
