一、無(wú)罪證明No Criminal Record certification

無(wú)罪記錄證明有效期一般為6個(gè)月。

有效時(shí)間是按照無(wú)罪記錄證明的開具日期算起，而不是認(rèn)證日期開始。

二、健康體檢證明Physical Examination Certificate

健康體檢證明自簽發(fā)之日起，有效期為六個(gè)月。

因此，外國(guó)人的體檢證明在入境前采用承諾制的，須提供承諾書，承諾入境后補(bǔ)充境內(nèi)檢驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)構(gòu)出具的健康檢查證明書并承擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

外籍人士在華申請(qǐng)工作許可時(shí)，有些地區(qū)有著這樣的政策：如果擁有有效的居留許可，或者之前的居留許可注銷后不滿3個(gè)月，可以免除體檢證明。

三、外國(guó)人臨時(shí)住宿登記單Temporary Residence Registration form for foreigners

臨時(shí)住宿登記單一般有一年的有效期。但是如果外籍人士在此期間更換了住宿地址，一定要在辦理新的簽證前重新申請(qǐng)臨時(shí)住宿登記單。

出入境一般要求在更換地址后24小時(shí)內(nèi)，完成臨時(shí)住宿登記單的重新申請(qǐng)。

四、護(hù)照Passport

外籍人士入境中國(guó)時(shí)，所持護(hù)照的有效期必須長(zhǎng)于半年（現(xiàn)持有的護(hù)照離護(hù)照到期的時(shí)間不足6個(gè)月）。

護(hù)照有效期短于半年，將影響工作居留許可的辦理，建議臨近一年有效時(shí)，在駐華使領(lǐng)館申請(qǐng)新護(hù)照的更換。
