2005年，韓國將端午節(jié)申請為“非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)”。韓國最后成功申遺的是“江陵端午祭”。韓國申遺端午使我們失去了“端午”冠名權。韓國“端午祭”的英文名是 Danoje Festival，“Danoje”就是端午，而我國申遺的端午節(jié)英文名是Dragon Boat Festival，就是“龍舟節(jié)”，我們不能再使用“端午”，而龍舟不能代表完整的端午！

In 2005, South Korea applied for the Danoje Festival to be recognized as an intangible cultural heritage. South Korea eventually succeeded in getting the “Jangryeong Danoje Festival”. South Korea’s application made us lose the right to use the name “Danoje”. The English name of China’s festival is Dragon Boat Festival. We can no longer use “Danoje”. And Dragon boat does not represent the entire Danoje Festival.

It's also customary to enjoy a drink called realgar wine, believed to bring good luck. Another tradition involves balancing eggs at noon, symbolizing good fortune. Spectacular dragon dances captivate onlookers, and poems are written and recited. Bamboo slips inscribed with spells or poems are tossed into rivers. Games like swinging, wrestling, or chess are played, and people visit relatives and exchange gifts.
