Steirereck am Pogusch餐廳坐落于奧地利境內(nèi)阿爾卑斯山的Pogusch山口上，這里海拔1059 米。源自維也納的餐廳品牌Steirereck，數(shù)十年中始終位列世界頂級的美食餐廳。餐廳的Pogusch分店被自持的農(nóng)場環(huán)繞其中，通過改造和擴建，建筑為美食主廚Heinz Reitbauer和他的妻子Birgit打造出一處創(chuàng)新可持續(xù)美食業(yè)務(wù)的展示空間。

設(shè)計面臨的挑戰(zhàn)是在整體和諧的解決方案中，將自然體驗和精細復(fù)雜的現(xiàn)代餐飲相融合，并滿足未來的需求。通過各種干預(yù)措施，既有和增建的建筑在山地景觀中構(gòu)建了一片鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)模的村莊群落。

大部分令人矚目的新建筑建于山坡上，與周邊的自然風(fēng)光和傳統(tǒng)建筑環(huán)境融為一體。PPAG對已有的廚房、酒店、石材建筑、木建筑以及農(nóng)業(yè)建筑進行了擴建，其中包括新的大面積用餐區(qū)，例如提供高端用餐體驗的“Salettl”、烘烤廚房（酒吧、燒烤架、蒸汽柜臺、農(nóng)場商店、?？筒妥溃?、釀酒工作室、擁有寬敞的備餐及員工區(qū)域的廚房、玻璃菜園，員工和賓客的特色住宿空間，以及對基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的擴建。大型玻璃建筑融合了先進的溫室和起居空間，兩者相得益彰，這里還設(shè)有集合式床位以及附有桑拿浴室和壁爐室的健康區(qū)域。PPAG還打造了諸多細節(jié)和家具設(shè)施，賦予項目一種超現(xiàn)代整體藝術(shù)品的維度，將游客帶入非同尋常的山野世界。

PPAG建筑師事務(wù)所創(chuàng)立于1995年，由Anna Popelka和Georg Poduschka及其團隊領(lǐng)銜，在維也納及柏林設(shè)有辦公室。事務(wù)所一直致力于通過具象化的創(chuàng)新實現(xiàn)最具廣度的建筑研究與開發(fā)。PPAG 著力于探索建筑不同的領(lǐng)域、主題和維度，從家具設(shè)計到城市規(guī)劃均有涉獵，其研究成果被貫穿融合在每一個項目中，并在開發(fā)和應(yīng)用中不斷迭加。這些成果主要圍繞著建筑中與社會發(fā)展同步的“必要的新”的永恒構(gòu)想。建筑目前正在經(jīng)歷根本性變革：規(guī)劃將為人類的美好未來做出重要貢獻！

The Pogusch is a 1059 m high pass in the Austrian Alps. At the top of the pass is the "Steirereck am Pogusch", an offshoot of the Viennese restaurant "Steirereck", which has been among the world's top gastronomic establishments for many decades, surrounded by its own farmland. With the project of the conversion and extension, gourmet chef Heinz Reitbauer and his wife Birgit wanted to show how innovative and sustainable a gastronomic business can be run.

The challenge was to lead a situation characterized by the experience of nature and a highly sophisticated, contemporary catering business into the future within a harmonious overall solution. Through various interventions, the pre-existing buildings and additions form a village ensemble on the scale of rural development in the mountain landscape.

The new striking buildings are for the most part built into the hillside and blend in as eye-catchers in the surroundings of nature and the traditional built environment. The pre-existing buildings - kitchen, lodging, stone house, wooden house as well as agriculture - were complemented by relevant new ones by PPAG. These include extensive new catering areas such as the "Salettl" for fine dining, the fire kitchen (bar, grill, steam counter, farm store, regulars' table), the distillery, the kitchens with extensive preparation and staff areas, a kitchen garden in a small glass house, special staff and guest accommodations as well as the extension of visible and invisible infrastructure. In the large glass house, a hybrid of advanced greenhouse and living space that atmospherically fertilize each other, there are integrated sleeping berths as well as a wellness zone with a sauna and a fireplace room. PPAG have also designed numerous details and furniture, which give the project the dimension of an ultra-modern Gesamtkunstwerk - and transport the visitor into an unusual mountain world.?

Anna Popelka and Georg Poduschka, together with their team, lead the firm PPAG architects in Vienna and Berlin. Since its foundation in 1995, the office has been working continuously in the field of research and development of architecture in the broadest sense, with the ambition to make innovation concrete and to realise it. From furniture design (like the iconic Enzi in the courtyards of Vienna’s MQ) to urban planning (most recently for the IBA’27 in Stuttgart) PPAG architects consciously explore different areas, themes and dimensions of architecture. The respective findings are transversely used and developed from one project to another. It is primarily about the permanent formulation in architecture of a "necessary new" that goes hand in hand with society. Building is currently undergoing a radical change: planning will make an essential contribution to a future worth living for all of us!

The office has received numerous national and international awards, including the City of Vienna Prize for Architecture, the Adolf Loos State Prize for Design, the Hans Hollein Art Prize for Architecture and the three-time nomination for the Mies van der Rohe Award of the European Union.
