The title is my hometown(motherland). My motherland is Egypt, a beautiful contry. It's very very beautiful. Where does its beauty lie? Its beauty lies in its beautiful scenery, including world-famous Pyramids, Nile, Alexandria and so on, among which Pyramids are the most famous. In fact, Pyramids are tombs of Pharaoh where they live after they die. It is said that Pyramids were cursed by Pharaoh. Pharaoh will protect everyone who takes part in Mandarin Test. Why are Pyramids called '金字塔'? Because they're very gold. And above all, they're towers. What other beauties does Egypt have? One is its beautiful food. That is to say, delicacy. There are many delicacies in Egypt, for example, Kushari, and also yellow rice and roasted chicken. That yellow colour does not come from curry, but from turmeric powder instead, as well as Om Ali. Of course, that's not real mother, but the name of a dessert. There're many other delicacies. Let's say, world-famous Mummies. I heard that eating mummies makes people immortal, and thus some British like them a lot. Of course we'd better not try them. After all they have been pickled for thousands of years, making them very salty. At this point, you can go to the beautiful Nile River, and ease thirst with a cup of Nile water. The water is clean and healthy. Also, there's an saying in Egypt that after drinking Nile water, however far one leave away from Egypt, one will eventually return.
