①I write with a bit of bad news—unfortunately, it looks like I will no longer be able to travel to Boston/attend the conference(原定計(jì)劃、但不能做到的事情) next week(原定時(shí)間).

②Long story short, I will have to stay in Beijing for at least another two weeks to lead my team in the upcoming pitch competition/deal with an unexpected problem(因什么理由耽誤原定計(jì)劃). ③The organizers just pushed out an earlier submission option with a February 15th deadline./The problem is so serious that it needs to be solved as soon as possible.(必須要做的事情，解釋不能按原定計(jì)劃的理由)
