簡言：曼達阿洛（曼達洛領(lǐng)袖）（Mandalore）（曼達洛語：Mand'alor），起源于湯恩人領(lǐng)袖曼達洛一世（Mandalore the First），是國王與戰(zhàn)士的結(jié)合體。除了持有這主要頭銜之外，他們還是“超級突擊隊的指揮官”（曼達洛語：Al'Ori'Ramikade）。曼達洛文化的局外人經(jīng)常恭敬地稱呼曼達阿洛為曼達洛領(lǐng)主。

? 長期以來，曼達阿洛的象征是其臉上的面具，它代代相傳；然而隨著時間的流逝，后面新一任曼達阿洛只需要得到人民的認可即可繼位。【注：發(fā)生這種變化的原因是由于保存者曼達洛（坎德魯斯·奧多）去世后，領(lǐng)袖面具隨之消失，于是后世不再以此面具作為領(lǐng)袖標準】。新曼達洛組織建立后，和平主義派決定自選領(lǐng)袖（Anti-Mandalore），死神衛(wèi)則有自己的“秘密領(lǐng)袖”。曼達洛文化的社會分裂時期，以傳統(tǒng)武士氏族方式選出的才被認為是真正的曼達阿洛。整個曼達洛歷史中，至少有23位曼達洛人宣稱他們自己是曼達阿洛，并且在不同程度上領(lǐng)導(dǎo)著曼達洛人民。
