Invest 93W has a medium chance of developing into a tropical cyclone in the next 24?hours.
Satellite imagery shows a broad area of sharp troughing with persistent, deep convective banding.
Analysis shows favorable conditions for development with warm (29-30°C) sea surface temperatures, low (10-15 knots) wind shear, and robust poleward outflow aloft.
Forecast models show 93W will move slowly westward with steady development over the next 2 days. The system will likely stall near the west of the Northern Marianas with strong monsoonal flow persisting over the region.
Surface winds are around 30-35?km/h (15-20 knots). Minimum sea-level pressure is near 1000 hPa.
