The?clean oven?series is used for the pretreatment baking before gluing, curing after gluing and high temperature baking after developing of silicon wafer, gallium arsenide, Lithium niobate, glass and other materials in semiconductor manufacturing; It is also suitable for production and research departments such as electronic liquid crystal displays, LCDs, CMOS, IS, pharmaceuticals, laboratories, etc; It can also be used for drying, heat treatment, aging, and other high-temperature tests of non volatile and non flammable and explosive materials.

The?clean oven?is one of the experimental auxiliary drying equipment, with a wide range of applications and complex operations. Therefore, it has higher requirements than ordinary ovens, and there are more areas to pay attention to during use.

1、?Sample placement

1. Do not place the sample in the heated state of the oven, but ensure that the heating is turned off;

2. When placing samples, a certain amount of space should be left around the top and bottom to ensure smooth airflow inside the box;

3. If the sample undergoes phase changes during the drying process, it must be placed in a tray to avoid contaminating other samples;

4. Any liquid solvent or items with a reduced ignition or boiling point below 150 ℃ under vacuum are strictly prohibited from being placed in the box.

2、?Close the box door tightly

1. Do not use too much force when closing to avoid causing significant vibration of the box;

2. There are bolts on the box door, and when closing, it is necessary to confirm that the box door is tightly connected to the silicone sealing strip.

3、?Heating

1. The heating step must be carried out in a stable state of air pressure, otherwise it may lead to sudden situations such as pressure and temperature differences between the inside and outside, causing external atmosphere to rush into the box;

2. During the heating process, the heating indicator light remains on for a long time. When the set temperature is reached, the heating automatically stops and the indicator light goes out. When the temperature is lower than the set temperature, the heating will start again and the heating indicator light will light up;

3. The heating indicator light and temperature should be displayed normally. If the indicator light does not light up, the power should be turned off in a timely manner and the instrument person in charge should be contacted.

4、?Temperature setting

1. The setting temperature should not exceed the rated temperature, and the ignition and boiling points of materials under vacuum may suddenly drop. Unreasonable temperature settings may cause melting and agglomeration of solid materials;

2. The temperature of the digital display should be indicated normally. If it does not display or there are abnormalities such as flickering or jumping, the power should be turned off in a timely manner and the person in charge of the instrument should be contacted;

3. The operator must wait for the actual temperature to be consistent with the set temperature, and the heating indicator light to turn off before leaving;

4. In order to avoid failure of temperature control, special personnel shall be assigned to regularly check whether the instrument operates normally, and pay attention to the change of baking materials. If any abnormality is found, it is necessary to turn off the heating, cut off the power supply, and open the vent valve at the first time.

5、?Sampling

1. When deflating, do not open the valve to?the?highest?pressure at once to avoid external airflow entering the box and impacting the sample, causing pollution inside and between the samples;

2. When the sealing silicone rubber of the box door is deformed due to prolonged vacuum and cannot be opened, the box door cannot be forcibly opened. Just wait for the sealing silicone rubber ring to slowly restore its original state to open the box door.

3. After completing the sampling, close the vent valve in a timely manner.
