dollars a month.

The shortfall is there because the rich folks in Colombia bribe the government to get out of paying taxes.

Those protests combined with other groups that are upset about police behavior for the last several years.

The government dropped the tax hike, but the police are still violently responding to everyone in the streets protesting police violence.
