常桂枝，字靜遠(yuǎn)，號長樂齋主，河北鹽山人。1994 年部隊(duì)轉(zhuǎn)業(yè)，期間曾榮立二等戰(zhàn)功一次，三等功六次。中國書法家協(xié)會會員，國家高級書法、美術(shù)師，國家民族畫院特聘書畫家，中國非物質(zhì)文化保護(hù)人;中國當(dāng)代名人書畫院常務(wù)副院長，人民藝術(shù)家書畫院副院長，北京華夏蘭亭書畫院院士，中國國際藝術(shù)家協(xié)會終身藝術(shù)顧問，廣州市書法協(xié)會常務(wù)副會長，山東濟(jì)南電視臺藝術(shù)欄目客座教授，中國孔孟美術(shù)(文化)研究院客座教授，中國書畫家聯(lián)誼會工作委員會委員，中國企業(yè)文化促進(jìn)會企業(yè)藝術(shù)家工作委員會委員。

從小喜愛書畫，研習(xí)行、草、隸、篆、魏，國畫善山水。行草研討二王、孫過庭、米傅;隸書張遷碑;篆書師承著名書法家、文字學(xué)家陳初生教授，并得到了書畫大師沈鵬、何家英、張海、蘇仕澍等名家的指點(diǎn)，其書畫作品多次參加國內(nèi)外展覽并獲獎。被選編入《百年中國書畫史》;作為《特邀最受歡迎的雙十大人民書法家獻(xiàn)禮全國兩會》、作為《特邀當(dāng)代百位書畫名家獻(xiàn)禮抗戰(zhàn)勝利70周年作品展》、《建軍90周年特刊慶典》、《慶祝中國黨產(chǎn)黨100周年書畫展》。作為中國新長城藝術(shù)家入選舉世聞名的“八大嶺新長城”，其藝術(shù)精品《江山如畫》已制作(80X60厘米)規(guī)格鐫刻在新長城上;中國郵政作為“中國名片”出版了《中國當(dāng)代書畫名家常桂枝》限量版珍藏郵冊一套;出版有沈鵬、何家英、常桂枝《中國書畫名家三人集》、與原任中國書協(xié)主席蘇士澍出版有中國最具影響力的藝術(shù)名家——蘇士澍、常桂枝書法作品集《墨海同舟》、人民藝術(shù)家出版有《藝術(shù)名家常桂枝》、《常桂枝書畫集》等。 書畫作品先后被人民大會堂、軍事博物館、中央黨校、國家檔案館、國內(nèi)政界權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)，美術(shù)館，藝術(shù)館，全國各大企業(yè)收藏，深受國內(nèi)外收藏人士與國際友好人士親瞇，一直致力于社會公益慈善活動等公益性事業(yè)。

Chang Guizhi, with the word Jingyuan, is the Lord of Changle Zhai, from Yanshan, Hebei Province. He was fond of calligraphy and painting since childhood, and studied xingcao, Cao, Li, Zhuan and Wei. He was good at landscape painting. He studied Erwang, sun Guoting and Mi Fu, Lishu and Zhang Qianbei. The seal script was taught by Professor Chen Chusheng, a famous calligrapher and philologist, and was instructed by masters of calligraphy and painting, such as Shen Peng, he Jiaying, Zhang Hai and Su Shishu. His calligraphy and painting works have participated in exhibitions at home and abroad for many times and won awards. He was selected into the list The history of Chinese calligraphy and painting in the past century; as the "invited top ten people's calligraphers to give gifts to the national two sessions", as the "invited top 100 contemporary calligraphers to give gifts to the 70th anniversary of the victory of the war of resistance against Japan", the special issue celebration of the 90th anniversary of the founding of the army, and the calligraphy and painting exhibition celebrating the 100th week of the Chinese party.
