莫桑比克發(fā)布公告，為了加強確保產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量，保護公眾免受不合格的產(chǎn)品對公共健康、安全與環(huán)境的危害，自2023年5月24日起，運往的莫桑比克管制清單內(nèi)的產(chǎn)品都需要執(zhí)行莫桑比克裝船前符合性評估方案COC (Certificate of Conformity)。2023年5月24日起，若無CoC證書，可能會影響到港后清關(guān)，若您不確定出口至莫桑比克的產(chǎn)品是否被管控，歡迎咨詢，謝謝。

莫桑比克COC認證涉及的管制清單包括但不限于

02. Electrical And Electronic Devices電氣及電子設(shè)備

莫桑比克COC認證要求

1.每批進口商品都必須提交符合性證書;

2.符合性證書是用來確保貨物清關(guān)的必要文件;

3.符合性證書確認產(chǎn)品符合相關(guān)的毛里塔尼亞技術(shù)要求和國家/地區(qū)或者國際標準;

4.莫桑比克政府將從進口商品中隨機抽樣檢驗來確認其符合性。

以下是莫桑比克COC認證的詳細辦理流程：送樣測試——提交申請驗貨——驗貨——提供最終資料發(fā)證COC證書

莫桑比克COC認證在發(fā)貨前提交以下申請資料：

1) 產(chǎn)品的檢測報告

2) 形式發(fā) 票（Proforma Invoice )

3) 裝箱單 (Packing List)

4) 申請表（空白申請表由出證機構(gòu)提供）

出證機構(gòu)收到以上申請資料將進行文件評估，評估通過安排驗貨。

如驗貨沒問題，出口商在裝完柜后提交*終發(fā) 票箱單等*終文件申請出證。
