ACQUITY FTN 上出現(xiàn) Zp-Axis home h/w fault（Zp 軸復(fù)位硬件故障）

故障描述

• Zp-Axis home h/w fault（Zp 軸復(fù)位硬件故障）錯誤信息

• 重新啟動樣品管理器不能解決問題

• 未更改樣品板類型

環(huán)境

• ACQUITY UPLC H-Class PLUS Bio

原因

針在針滑架上沒有鎖定到位。

解決方法

1. 將針放回針滑架中。針應(yīng)與凹口對齊，如下圖所示：

2. 順時針轉(zhuǎn)動針閂，使其沿針滑架水平放置，且針就位。

3. 重新啟動 FTN。

4. 執(zhí)行 Z 軸校正。

5. 定義針密封件。

• Resetting the sample manager does not resolve the issue

• Plate configuration did not change

ENVIRONMENT

CAUSE

The needle was not latched in place on the needle carriage.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Put the needle back into the needle carriage. The needle should align in the notches as shown below:

2. Turn the latch clockwise so it is horizontal along the needle carriage and the needle is in place.

3. Power-cycle the FTN.

4. Perform Z-Axis calibration.

5. Characterize the needle seal.
