Youare required under OSHA’s Hazard Communication standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) toclassify the hazard of the materials, label containers, and provide the SafetyData Sheets (SDS’s) (formerly MSDS’s or Material Safety Data Sheet) for allhazardous chemicals which you produce, import and/or distribute.

根據(jù)OSHA的危險(xiǎn)通識(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（29CFR 1910.1200），要求對(duì)您生產(chǎn)、進(jìn)口或者分銷的所有危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品進(jìn)行材料和標(biāo)簽容器的分類，并提供安全數(shù)據(jù)說(shuō)明書(shū)（之前成為MSDS，即材料安全數(shù)據(jù)說(shuō)明書(shū)）。

OSHAimposed a deadline of June 1, 2015 for Manufacturers and Importers to complywith the labeling provisions of the GHS. Distributors must comply with thelabeling provisions by December 1, 2015, unless the Distributor can showreasonable diligence and good faith efforts to obtain and integrate therequired information from upstream suppliers. The labels of all containers inthe control of a Distributor after December 1, 2017, must comply with theGlobally Harmonized System (GHS) requirements prior to shipping. A copy of thestandard is available at www.osha.gov.

截止2015年6月1日， OSHA實(shí)施制造商和進(jìn)口商遵守GHS標(biāo)簽規(guī)定。截止2015年12月1日，經(jīng)銷商必須遵守標(biāo)簽規(guī)定，除非經(jīng)銷商能以足夠的誠(chéng)意和努力獲得并整合來(lái)自上游經(jīng)銷商必要信息。在2017年12月1日之后，在經(jīng)銷商控制范圍內(nèi)的所有容器的標(biāo)簽，在出售之前就必須遵守GHS要求。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的副本可在www.osha.gov官網(wǎng)可見(jiàn)。

In addition, if you have notyet updated your labels, be sure to keep record of your good faith efforts toobtain upstream information in the case these are requested by regulatory agencies.
