紹興外貿(mào)英語一對(duì)一培訓(xùn),發(fā)e-mail時(shí)地道又有親和力的開場(chǎng)
1. Hi XXX
盡量不要拿Hey或者Dear開場(chǎng)。Hey太過于口語和隨意, Dear顯得有隔閡, Hi后面緊跟名字就可以了
2. I hope you had a good weekend.
過完周末周一給客戶發(fā)的時(shí)候,就可以開頭說希望你周末過得愉快
3. Hope all is well with you
長(zhǎng)時(shí)間沒有聯(lián)系的客戶,可以用這個(gè)稍微正式一點(diǎn)的說法。大概的意思就是希望你一切安好
4. Hope this e-mail finds you well
在隨意和正式中間的一種說法,就是希望這個(gè)e-mail順利送到你的手中。一般情況下第一次給別人發(fā)我會(huì)這么說
5. Apologies for the multiple e-mails
如果發(fā)了很多e-mail都沒有回,開頭就可以這么說
6. We would like to follow up on the below.
這個(gè)是比較直接一點(diǎn)的說法。意思是我們想跟進(jìn)一下以下的內(nèi)容
7. I understand you have a lot going on and not trying to push you for it – but if you could give me a rough estimate of what you expect to send and when, that would be helpful.
這個(gè)例子就是稍微啰嗦一點(diǎn),但是很禮貌的解釋為什么我們一直催促你
8. So sorry to bother you about this, but I wanted to....
先退后進(jìn),畢竟客戶是上帝。說真的不好意思再次打擾了
9. As discussed, please see attached.
這個(gè)開場(chǎng)適用于你剛和客戶打完電話,你需要提供電話里討論的文件
10. We were hoping you would be able to direct us to the right person to help us with the following.
對(duì)于發(fā)e-mail對(duì)象不確定的時(shí)候,開頭這么說讓客戶轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)給對(duì)的人
