Sustainable competitive advantage是ACCA考試的一個要點，在學習該知識的時候，相信很多學員都覺得有些困難，但是可持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢的內(nèi)容并不算很多，主要能夠充分的理解，學習起來并不算是很難。

To generate long-term value, any advantage based on price or differentiation must be sustainable, meaning it is hard for others to copy or obtain (see also UniqueResources and CoreCompetances in before chapter).

為了獲得長期的價值，價格和差異化的優(yōu)勢必須是可持續(xù)的，這樣別人才很難復制（包括獨特資源和核心競爭力等）。

1) Companies may achieve sustainable competitive advantage by lock-in, when their product becomes the industry standard and other products must be compatible with it. Lock-in may be one aspect of first mover advantage.一種實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢的方式是“鎖定”，讓自己的產(chǎn)品成為行業(yè)標準，這樣其他產(chǎn)品必須來兼容它。鎖定往往是行業(yè)先驅(qū)的優(yōu)勢。

2) Certain industries experience constant competitive change known as hyper competition. This makes it much harder to achieve sustainable competitive advantage and companies must be prepared to make regular changes to their strategy to succeed.某些行業(yè)的經(jīng)驗是不斷競爭變化，稱為超競爭，這就需要企業(yè)隨時做好準備來改變戰(zhàn)略以獲得成功。
