你對(duì)你的工資滿意嗎？哪些行業(yè)掙錢多？哪些城市工資高？

近日，騰訊理財(cái)通聯(lián)合騰訊金融科技智庫(kù)發(fā)布的《2019國(guó)人工資報(bào)告》調(diào)查了全國(guó)不同城市、行業(yè)、年齡等維度的國(guó)人工資水平，引發(fā)網(wǎng)友熱議。

The "2019 Chinese Wage Report" released by Tencent's financial platforms have caught the attention of the public, and some of its figures provide a shocking moment for contemplation.?

最近，騰訊理財(cái)平臺(tái)發(fā)布的《2019國(guó)人工資報(bào)告》引起公眾關(guān)注。報(bào)告中的一些數(shù)據(jù)令人深思。

報(bào)告顯示：

??月薪過(guò)萬(wàn)人數(shù)占比城市排名前6分別是：上海、北京、深圳、南京、杭州、廣州；

??北上廣深受訪者中月薪在5000至8000元人數(shù)居多；

??薪酬水平最高的三個(gè)行業(yè)分別是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、房地產(chǎn)、金融；

??受訪者中工作10年月薪過(guò)萬(wàn)人數(shù)不足三成。

對(duì)此，不少人表示：對(duì)不起，拖后腿了......也有人發(fā)出疑問(wèn)：工資都到那兒去了呢？

南京杭州工資過(guò)萬(wàn)人數(shù)超過(guò)廣州

上海、北京、深圳在全國(guó)工資過(guò)萬(wàn)人數(shù)占比城市中名列前三甲。

而蓬勃發(fā)展的“新一線”城市南京和杭州緊隨其后，超過(guò)了一線城市廣州。

Shanghai, Beijing, and Shenzhen are the top 3 cities for high-income groups, they are closely followed by Nanjing, Hangzhou and Guangzhou in 4th to 6th places.

相對(duì)高收入人群的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)如下：

The bulk of people in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Hangzhou earn 5,000 to 8,000 yuan a month, with 29, 24, 30, 29 and 34 percent of the total interviewees earning that much, in each of the five respective cities.?

上海、北京、深圳、廣州、杭州五座城市整體受訪者月薪主要集中在5000至8000元區(qū)間，該區(qū)間人數(shù)占該城受訪者總數(shù)比例分別為29%、24%、30%、29%以及34%。

The biggest group for Nanjing earns between 3,000 and 5,000 yuan, or 28 percent of all interviewees in the city.

南京受訪者中月薪在3000至5000元人數(shù)居多，占該城受訪者總數(shù)比例為28%。

互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、房地產(chǎn)、金融行業(yè)收入最高

互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)依舊發(fā)展迅速，工資水平在全國(guó)行業(yè)中位列第一。

此外，房地產(chǎn)和金融行業(yè)也是兩大熱門，體現(xiàn)在從業(yè)人員收入上，分別位居第二、第三位。

Internet employees have the highest salaries among all industries. Employees in the real estate and financial markets are also relatively well paid compared to others.

數(shù)據(jù)顯示，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)從業(yè)者在各類行業(yè)中收入最高。房地產(chǎn)和金融行業(yè)相較于其他行業(yè)薪資更加可觀。

受經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境等因素的影響，有六成受訪者表示對(duì)現(xiàn)有工資不滿意。

工資水平影響職業(yè)規(guī)劃，因此有七成受訪者考慮跳槽。

Over 60 percent of the respondents say they are not satisfied with their salaries. As such, 70 percent of all respondents say they are considering job-hopping to find a job with a higher income.?

超過(guò)60%的受訪者認(rèn)為工資不及預(yù)期。因此，70%的受訪者考慮跳槽，期望找到收入更高的工作。

國(guó)人理財(cái)意愿普遍偏低

該報(bào)告還顯示，超過(guò)半數(shù)的受訪者用于理財(cái)?shù)馁Y金不到工資的20%，國(guó)人理財(cái)意愿普遍偏低，主要原因是缺乏理財(cái)規(guī)劃和金融知識(shí)。

More than half of the respondents spend less than 20 percent of their wages on financial management. They say that's mainly because they lack financial planning skills or relevant knowledge.

超過(guò)半數(shù)的受訪者表示自己花在理財(cái)上的資金不到工資的20%。他們表示主要是因?yàn)槿狈碡?cái)規(guī)劃和相關(guān)金融知識(shí)。

工作10年月薪過(guò)萬(wàn)人數(shù)不足三成

人們普遍認(rèn)為：工作時(shí)間越長(zhǎng)，工資越高。但該報(bào)告數(shù)據(jù)表明，事實(shí)并非如此。

This indicates that work experience is not the only factor affecting wage level. In order to get a high salary, other factors such as economic environment, location and what industry you're in are also important.

數(shù)據(jù)表明，工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)并非是影響工資水平的唯一因素。想獲得高收入，其他因素比如經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、工作地域和從事行業(yè)也很重要。

報(bào)告一出， “工作10年月薪過(guò)萬(wàn)人數(shù)不足三成” 頓時(shí)成為熱門話題，網(wǎng)友紛紛留言議論。

除了表示“扎心”，也有不少網(wǎng)友在網(wǎng)上曬出自己的工資，分享自己的故事。

“97年，上個(gè)月做業(yè)績(jī)做出了三萬(wàn)一千八（這還是最少的），提成百分之二十五，差不多八千，加伙食費(fèi)750、獎(jiǎng)金1200、快遞費(fèi)200，一個(gè)月平均一萬(wàn)左右，最多的時(shí)候一個(gè)月往死里加班，經(jīng)常通宵，做了四五萬(wàn)業(yè)績(jī)，拿了一萬(wàn)五工資。”

I was born in 1997 and my average monthly salary is about 10,000 yuan. Last month my performance created a value of 31,800 yuan, which is actually at my lowest level, and I got a cut of 25 percent of that money, which is about 8,000 yuan. Apart from that, I got 750 yuan of food expenses, a 1200 yuan performance bonus, as well as 200 yuan of express delivery fee. Sometimes I work overtime like crazy and stay up all night, and by doing that I could create value of 40,000 to 50,000 yuan and got 15,000 yuan of monthly salary.?

I was born in 1995. I get a monthly salary of 5,000. It is a miracle that I survived.

大城市or小城鎮(zhèn)？

由于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平不均衡，全國(guó)各地工資水平差別較大。

Ten thousand yuan could be a big sum of money, or it could run out very quickly. In big cities like Beijing and Shanghai, 10,000 yuan may not be enough to lead a high-quality life at all. In a small county, one can live comfortably with 10,000 yuan.?

10000元或許是一大筆錢，但有可能很快花完。在北京、上海這些大城市，想過(guò)上高質(zhì)量的生活，10000元也許根本不夠。而在小城市，10000元足以過(guò)上舒適的生活。

究竟是為了高薪繼續(xù)留在大城市辛苦打拼，還是“逃離北上廣”，回歸小城鎮(zhèn)？你怎么看？
