-I always take ownership of difficult challenges and I will always seek to improve so to give you an example of where I always try to improve in a previous role. I was concerned about how much office waste there was in the organization, so I did a little bit of research, and I came up with an idea that was designed to streamline the office ordering process. I put forward that idea to my manager, he agreed to implement it and we managed to save the organization more than two thousand dollars a year based on my idea. ?

Tip #5. Finish off and tell the interviewer what you will do in the role if they hire you!

I am a positive person, and I am also the type of employee who will always see opportunity in difficult challenges and if you choose to hire me over the other candidates.
