第三十二課　眼前的世界是我自己營造出來的

J對第三十二課的指導(dǎo)

you are blessed beings indeed

你們確實(shí)是深受祝福的存有

I am that one that you know is Jesus

我就是你們所認(rèn)識的J

and this is a challenging concept for many of you?

這一課對你們很多人來說，都是非常具有挑戰(zhàn)的一個(gè)概念

and it does not matter if you do not believe this idea right now?

如果你現(xiàn)在還不能相信這個(gè)觀念，那也不是什么大問題

remember you are in a training program?

記住，你正在進(jìn)行心靈訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃

you are not coming to these ideas through a sense of understanding?

你并不是通過一個(gè)理性的理解來練習(xí)這些觀念的

but you are coming to these ideas from place of faith?

而是通過信任來練習(xí)的

you are stepping day by day with us holding our hand into new concepts and new ideas

你正日復(fù)一日地與我們一起，握著我們的手進(jìn)入到這些新概念和新觀念里來

that will go counter to everything that you have been taught?

而這將會與你以前所學(xué)到的所有一切都完全相反

so in your Newtonian physics you are taught that it is an objective reality?

所以，在你的牛頓物理學(xué)里，你被教導(dǎo)：這是一個(gè)客觀現(xiàn)實(shí)

you're not given an option about this in your school system?

在你的學(xué)校教育系統(tǒng)中，對此，你沒得選

you're not given an option about this in your family?

在你的家庭中，對此，你也沒得選

the stories you hear and the judgments you experience are believed Huk line and sinker by your mind?

你所聽到的故事和你所經(jīng)歷的評判，都被你的心靈信以為真了

so when you say this lesson to yourself and you feel a sense of doubt creeping in?

所以，當(dāng)你對自己說這一課時(shí)，你會感到有一絲的懷疑

do not? think that this means that you are off track?

不要認(rèn)為那意味著你偏離了軌道

you are merely challenging the paradigm the worldview that you hold in your consciousness?

你只是在挑戰(zhàn)你意識中所持有的思維模式和世界觀

we are indeed challenging your worldview?

我們確實(shí)在挑戰(zhàn)你的世界觀

we are challenging yourself concept?

我們在挑戰(zhàn)你的自我概念

we are challenging everything you believe to be true about reality your reality as you see it today?

我們確實(shí)在挑戰(zhàn)你所信以為真的現(xiàn)實(shí)里的一切，就是今天你所看到的現(xiàn)實(shí)

and so your mind which is used to telling these stories?

所以，長久以來，你的心靈一直在講述這些故事

your ego which has used these stories to defend itself an arm itself? for a very very long time is going to question?

而你的小我，則利用這些故事來防衛(wèi)自己，來武裝自己。它準(zhǔn)備問：

why you're doing?

你為什么做這些？

what you're doing?

你在做什么？

it will in fact even tell you that you are going to make yourself vulnerable to attack

事實(shí)上，它甚至?xí)嬖V你，你正準(zhǔn)備讓自己易于受到攻擊

because you are opening up to the unknown?

因?yàn)槟阏谙蛭粗ㄩ_

this is one of the great teachings that you have to unlearn in your experience in your thoughts and in your consciousness?

你必須從你的經(jīng)歷、你的觀念和你的意識中，解除其中一個(gè)重要的觀念，就是：

this idea that if you do not defend yourself you are open to attack on the contrary when you defend yourself you are preparing for attack?

如果你不防衛(wèi)自己，你很容易受到攻擊；相反的，當(dāng)你防衛(wèi)自己的時(shí)候，你就是準(zhǔn)備攻擊

think about that for a moment when you wear your armor and your closed heart and your sharp tongue and your quick wit you are preparing to attack someone back?

好好思考一下，當(dāng)你穿上盔甲的時(shí)候，你封死了內(nèi)心，說話刻薄，反應(yīng)機(jī)敏，你正準(zhǔn)備反擊

and that means that you will be attacked because you are the creator?

而這不過意味著，你將受到攻擊，因?yàn)槟闶莿?chuàng)造者

you are setting the tone defending yourself means that you will inevitably be attacked?

你正在設(shè)定自我防衛(wèi)的基調(diào)，那意味著你將不可避免地受到攻擊

and so some of these ideas are beginning to challenge that idea of defensiveness and the value of attack as a way of getting what you want?

所以，這里的一些觀念正在開始挑戰(zhàn)那些防衛(wèi)的觀念以及將攻擊作為獲得你想要之物的手段的價(jià)值

so be prepared for the ego's little stories and reactions and soothe it and placate it and say?

所以，請準(zhǔn)備面對小我的小故事和反應(yīng)，緩和并安撫它說

it's okay we don't have to believe this we don't have to understand this just relax everything's going to be fine

“沒關(guān)系的，我們不相信這個(gè)，我們不必明白這個(gè)。放心吧，一切都會沒事的?！?/p>

you can in fact speak to your ego because it is not you?

實(shí)際上，你可以跟你的小我對話，因?yàn)椋⒉皇悄?/p>

you are now aligning with truth you are now aligning with love?

你現(xiàn)在正在對準(zhǔn)真理，你現(xiàn)在正在對準(zhǔn)愛

and the ego will seem to be less like you than it used to be?

跟以前相比，小我會看起來更不像你

you used to think that it was you but now you are becoming wiser?

你過去認(rèn)為它就是你，但現(xiàn)在你正變得更明智

I am that one that you know is Jesus?

我就是你所認(rèn)識的J

and we will speak to you again tomorrow
