Explosion proof methods and principles of dust-free ovens
1. Open flame heating elements are strictly prohibited from heating in the explosion-proof and dust-free oven to avoid explosion caused by flash fire. When the surface of the heating pipe flows through the organic steam, the maximum surface temperature shall not exceed the Autoignition temperature of the organic steam. The electrical control system must not have components that cause a fire. If it is necessary to use it, it is necessary to arrange it outside the chamber?and use positive pressure ventilation for this part of electrical appliances.
2. The temperature control and over temperature control system of the chamber must be reliable to ensure that the temperature in the chamber?will not exceed the Autoignition temperature of organic steam. When necessary, chain planning, two-layer independent overtemperature protection, and overtemperature spray cooling systems should be selected.
3. The chamber structure needs to have energy release parts (such as safety doors). This is a dialectical method to prevent environmental hazards caused by blasting. As long as the structural planning allows, the opening pressure should be as small as possible and the opening area should be as large as possible.
4. According to the volume percentage of the lower limit of organic steam explosion and the evaporation capacity, plan the ventilation and circulation system to avoid the accumulation of organic steam inside the chamber?exceeding the lower limit of explosion. It is best to measure the (volume percentage) concentration of organic vapor in the operating room to enable the equipment to respond in a timely manner. But there is currently no sensor that can be applied to various organic vapor concentration measurements. Special regulations should be made for the orientation of the dried object on the shelf, so that the dried object can be evenly heated and the organic vapor can be carried away from the surface of the object in a timely manner.
5. If the specific gravity of organic vapor is greater than that of air, the air duct planning should effectively prevent organic vapor from sinking into the bottom or dead corners of the dust-free oven. Therefore, the inner wall of the chamber?should be lubricated and easy to clean. When planning the direction of the heating section, it is also necessary to consider the possible impact of thermal radiation on the object being baked.
6. The mechanical part of the activity should adopt safety measures to prevent friction and sparks. Safety clearance planning and soft metal structures should be adopted for areas where high-speed running components may experience friction. Grounding issues should be considered in areas where static electricity may accumulate.
