某種程度上講,整件事情非常簡單
somewhat the whole thing it's very simple
你是那個(gè)(相信)舊故事的受害者
it's the old victimyou are?that(此句沒有聽清)
了解到這一點(diǎn)的辦法就是平靜下來
and the way to know that is to be still
平靜很簡單,就是頭腦的定靜
being still is simply stilling of the mind
直到?jīng)]有更多的想法、念頭
until there are no more thoughts
所以我們所是的這個(gè)永恒存在
so this infinite being that we are
我們僅僅通過讓我們的頭腦安靜就感受到了
we discovered by just quieting our mind
當(dāng)我們這樣做的時(shí)候
and when we do that the infinite self shines on ins own
無限的本我閃耀著它自性的光
在沒有念頭的境界,我們找到了God,找到了無限自我
and where no thought rises?there we find God our infinite self
那么,我們怎樣才能來到這個(gè)境界?
alright well how do we get to this state
我們大部分人都在路上走了—段時(shí)間了
most of us have been on a path for some?time
但我們起沒有達(dá)到徹底的覺悟。為什么?
and we have not attained for?realization
為什么我們沒有完全意識到存在(beings) why aren't we fully realize beings
還不知道在我們之內(nèi)。是無窮的力量
knowing that within us?is the infinite power
還不知道我們想要的為什么不能完全實(shí)現(xiàn)到?knowing that we wanted why aren't we?fully realized
依然,答案很簡單 again the answer is simple
在真實(shí)中。我們在此時(shí)此地的當(dāng)下是完全意識著的
in reality we are fully realized here and now
我們都在無分別三摩地,狂喜,或者任何我們用以表達(dá)它的其它詞
we are all in the state of Nirvana Samadhi?ecstasy or whatever word we use for it
是我們的目光避開了那個(gè)境界
looking away from that state
經(jīng)由頭腦制造念頭和概念讓我們轉(zhuǎn)移了目光
looking away via the .mind into thoughts and
以至于我們遠(yuǎn)離了那個(gè)境界
concepts that we are not in that state
所以我們的注意力從全然覺悟的自然狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)移了
so our attention is pointed away fromour natural state of full realization
我們在當(dāng)下是全然意識著的
we are fully realized here and nowg we are
我們只是看向別處了
simply looking away from it
我一直試著做的事情就是,把我們的注意力、目光
what I have been trying to do is to turn our?attention our eye
重新調(diào)回到那個(gè)境界
back toward that state
通過給你們可以實(shí)踐的方法
by givting you methods that can be used
每天從早到晚,無論你在做什么。去實(shí)踐這些可以用的方法
every day all day no matter what you'tre
它們會把我們重新調(diào)回到那個(gè)方向
and they simply point us back in the?direction
在那里,我們可以看到我們之本質(zhì)(who and what we are)
?where then we can see who and?what we are
我認(rèn)為第一點(diǎn)是,第一個(gè)方法:
I believe the first one was the firs?tmethod as
你看待這個(gè)世界的方式,與你的內(nèi)在一致
?you see the world so are you
通過去看世界上所有我們不喜歡或喜歡的事情
by looking at all these things that we?dont like or do like about the world
如果我們把注意力轉(zhuǎn)移到內(nèi)在
if we will turn our aftention inward
我們會發(fā)現(xiàn),什么也沒有,除了我們自己的意識
we will discover that i's nothing but our?own consciousness
我們在外面看到的。就在我們之中
that what we see out there is within us
我們可以用這個(gè)方法把自己從外在的事情中解脫
and we can use this to free ourselves from the things out there
第二點(diǎn),我認(rèn)為是:每一丁點(diǎn)我們感受到的喜悅
I believe the second one was every?bit of joy that we feel there's nothing
都來自于我們的自性,那個(gè)無限的自我
but our very own self the infinite self
我們允許它或多或少得表達(dá)自己
which we allow to express more or less
當(dāng)我們允許表達(dá)更多,我們就更快樂
when we allow to express more we are happier
如果我們藐視它,我們就更少快樂
when we sorote it we are less happy
但是每一點(diǎn)快樂,只可能是我們的自性存在的感覺
but every bit of happiness can?only be the feeling of our very own beingness of the self that we are
但是如果我們追蹤所有的快樂到其源頭
but if we trace all happiness to its source?
我們就會發(fā)現(xiàn)這一點(diǎn)
we discover just that and by discovering
通過發(fā)現(xiàn)這一點(diǎn),我們自己就會確信
that we confim this fact for ourselves
所有的喜悅都只是我們的本質(zhì)自性
that all joy is nothing but our very own self
相反地,所有的痛苦、不快樂的源頭在小我的感受中
on the opposite side all misery all?unhappiness has its source in the ego sense
小我,是從一體分離出來的感覺:我是個(gè)體
the ego being the sense of?separation from the all.I am an individual
從一體里面分離出來
separate from the all
我們這么做的時(shí)候,我們沒有一體感
the moment we do that we dont have the all
我們想從這個(gè)—體里面獲取什么
we have want to get some of that all
我們有欲望挫折,我們就把它稱作“不快樂”
we have frustrations and we call that unhappiness
所以如果我們把所有痛苦追根溯源
so if we will trace the?source of all misery
我們就會發(fā)現(xiàn),源頭在小我欲念中,沮喪懊惱we will discover that it has its source in ego desires frustrated
另外一點(diǎn)是,想想你想要什么。只去想你想要的
another meeting we had was on think what?you want. think only what you want and
那就是你可以獲得的一切
that is all that you will get
心智只是一個(gè)創(chuàng)造者
the mind is only a creator
不管我們的念頭里有什么。我們就創(chuàng)造著
whatever we hold in mind we create
如果我們看進(jìn)去。我們發(fā)現(xiàn)確實(shí)如此
if?we look into this we discover this to be so
如果我們觀看自己的念頭,我們就成為了大師
and when we see it for our selves then we become masters
我們需要做的僅僅是一直想著我們想要的東西
and all we do is just hold in mind the
這就是我們能得到的所有
things we want and that is all we get
我們開始把我們頭腦中負(fù)面的信念釋放 we?begin to let go holding negative thoughts in our mind
我們開始放走對負(fù)面事件的吸收
we begin to let go of receiving negative things
但是心智僅僅是創(chuàng)造性的,創(chuàng)造我們頭腦中想的一切
but mind is only creative that creates whatever we hold in mind
對我們不喜歡的。我們稱其消極負(fù)面;喜歡的。稱其積極正面
when we don't like it we call it negative when we like it we call it positive
所以如果我們可以練習(xí),僅僅想那些我們想要的
so if we would practice thinking only what we want
那些就是我佝會獲得的一切that is all that we would ever get
我覺得今晚說明的這一點(diǎn)與自由,解放,梵我和一(Moksha)有關(guān)
l think the one that suggests for tonight is related to?freedom liberation moksha
存在的頂端境界被稱作解脫
the very top state of beingness is called liberation
我們想從什么東西里解脫出來呢?
what is it we want liberation from
我們想解脫的,本質(zhì)上講。是
:the thing we want liberation from is
今天的世界所說的“無意識心智"
essentially what the world calls today?the unconscious mind
吠陀經(jīng)里講的Vyasha的傾向習(xí)性
that the Vedas called Vyashana's tendencies habits
所以我們尋找的這個(gè)自由,就是從我們的心智習(xí)慣中解脫出來的自由
So?this freedom that we are seeking and?simply free from our own thought habits
這個(gè)方法每個(gè)人都以容易地使用now?this method can be used very easily by anyone
真的是一個(gè)使用起來很簡單的方法
i's really a simple method to use?
我們從放下,釋放或者政變一個(gè)很簡單的勻慣開始
we start by letting go or?changing a very simple habits
舉個(gè)例子,如果我們總是經(jīng)過某條街道去上班
for instance if we always go to work on a certain Street
明天我們就要換另外一條路去上班
tomorrow we start going to work on another Street
或者如果我們要處理一個(gè)更深層的勻慣
or if we want to take a deeper habit
我佝可以選擇一種—直都吃的食物
we can choose a food that we have been eating
然而我們知道如果不吃它我們會更好
that we know we would be better off not eating
然后我們在心里對自己說:好吧,這個(gè)。從今天起,我要放下它
and we mentally say well thisIlet go of as of today
我們不再吃那種食物
and we stop eating that food
打破那種習(xí)慣,就是突破了束縛
breaking that habit is breaking a bondage
打破那種習(xí)慣,就是突破了一個(gè)持續(xù)運(yùn)行的無意識的東西
breaking that habit is breaking an unconscious thing that's going on
突破了無意識地被之前的信念束縛奴役的狀態(tài)
a unconscious enslavement to prior thoughts
不管什么習(xí)慣,都奴役著我們
any habit whatsoever enslayes us
一個(gè)大師是自由的,他在當(dāng)下依據(jù)境況做決定
a master is free he determines?anything on the moment in accordance
他與那個(gè)當(dāng)下合二為一
?with the circumstances and that he meets at that moment
然而,我們大多數(shù) whereas most of us we
是根據(jù)我們的感受和過去發(fā)生的事情造成的習(xí)慣做決定
determine things by our feelings and?things that have happened in the past by?our habits
所以隨著我們開始改變習(xí)慣,我們開始打破無意識的束縛
so by beginning to?break habits we begin to break bondages?that are unconscious
我覺得這是一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的方法,并且每天都可以使用
l think this isa method that's excellent and can be used every day
去解脫我們
to free us and eventually it would carry us
并且最終,它將一路把我們帶到全然的覺悟
to free us and eventually it would carry us?all the way to complete realivzation
我們會完全地自由
we would become totally free
不會再有無意識的心智,不會再有過去造成的傾向
there would be no more unconscious mind there would be?no more past tendendies
我們會在控制中(不再失控)
we would be in control
就像我說的,這是一個(gè)相對而言簡單的方法
as l said this is a relatively easy?method because
因?yàn)槟憧梢詮娜魏文氵x擇的習(xí)慣開始
you can start with any?habit
你可以從容易改掉的習(xí)慣開始
you choose you can start with an easy habit
隨著你的練習(xí),它會變得越來越容易做到
as you practice it,it becomes?more easy to do
然后。你可以去清理越來越深層的習(xí)慣
then you?can go after?deeper habits and deeper habits
再次。我想說這是非常簡單和實(shí)用的方法
again I say it's a very simple and practical
但卻可以把我們帶的很遠(yuǎn)(有很大的進(jìn)步)
method but can take us very very far
