生物活性：Cemiplimab（抗人 PD-1）是一種高親和力程序性死亡受體 1 (PD-1) 單克隆 IgG4 抗體，可阻斷 PD-1/PD-L1 介導(dǎo)的 T 細(xì)胞抑制。 Cemiplimab 常用于鱗狀細(xì)胞皮膚癌研究[1][2]。
體內(nèi)：Cemiplimab（腹腔注射，10 mg/kg，2 周內(nèi)注射 5 次）可增加腫瘤和 dLN 中效應(yīng) T 細(xì)胞的比例，從而通過聯(lián)合用藥減少腫瘤生長在 MC38.Ova 腫瘤小鼠模型中使用 REGN3767 進(jìn)行免疫治療[2].

體內(nèi)：在 MC38.Ova 腫瘤小鼠模型中，cemiplimab（ip，10 mg/kg，2 周內(nèi)注射 5 次）可通過與 REGN3767 聯(lián)合免疫治療增加腫瘤和 dLNs 中效應(yīng) T 細(xì)胞的比例以減少腫瘤生長[2]< /sup>.
