氫氧化鋁通過釋放Th2相關(guān)細胞因子（IL2，IL-4，IL-5...）和Th13相關(guān)抗體（IgG2和IgE）刺激Th1反應(yīng)。它增加Ag特異性CD4 + T細胞增殖并促進NALP3炎癥小體活化和半胱天冬酶1介導(dǎo)的IL-1和IL-18釋放。
