1 TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
?
1.1.?World of Tanks Inter-Continental Invitational?(hereinafter referred to as the Tournament) is a competition held by the Organizer among users of the massively multiplayer online game World of Tanks (hereinafter referred to as the Game).
1.2.?World of Tanks Inter-Continental Invitational?or the Tournament is held by the Tournament Organizer, in accordance with the Rules which will be valid from?September 17, 2022?through January 17,?2023.
1.3.?The Tournament Organizer, or the Organizer is Beijing StarWorld Technology CO. LTD.Co-organizer is Beijing Funspark e-Sports Culture Media Co., LTD
1.4.?The Regulations, Tournament Rules, or Rules are the regulations/rules set forth in this document, according to which the Tournament is held.
1.5.?The Manager or the Team Manager is the team member who represents the team’s interests in the Tournament and provides the requested team-related and any administrative information to the Organizer (e.g, documents, logistic and payment information, communication, etc.).
1.6.?The Captain or Team Captain is the team member who represents the team's in game and gameplay interests in the Tournament and provides the requested team-related information to the Organizer (e.g maps ban/pick, match roster, member photo etc.).?If captain is absence, an acting captain should be assigned for communication with organizers. ?
1.7.?In case of Team Manager absence for any reason, Team Manager’s role and any questions related to his responsibilities (see p.1.5) will be transferred to Team Captain.
1.8.?Team representative or Team handler is the person who is appointed by the Tournament Organizer for a team to handle any questions, possible problems or issues during the Tournament.
1.9.?A player is a team member registered for participation in the Tournament.
1.9.?A participant is a player, including the Captain, who participates in the Tournament.
1.10.?A team is a group of players led by the Captain that participates in the Tournament.
1.11.?The referee, or match referee, is a person who is appointed by the Tournament Organizer to ensure that players and other participants abide by the Regulations during the Tournament.
1.12.?The Game is the massively multiplayer online game World of Tanks.
1.13.?The User Agreement and Game Rules are the documents governing the basic rules and requirements of the use of the massively multiplayer online game World of Tanks.
1.14.?A match is a series of battles, the results of which determine a winning or a qualifying for a next match team or teams.
1.15.?A battle is an encounter of teams on one of the maps from the official map list of the Tournament. The team that captures the enemy base or destroys all enemy vehicles wins the battle.
1.16.?The roster is a list of players participating in a battle.

2 GENERAL RULES
?
?
2.1 Validity of the Rules
?
Should any of the rules in this rule book be void for any legal reasons in any specific country, the remainder of the rule book remains valid for that country.
?
2.2 Additional Agreements
?
The Tournament Administration is not responsible for any additional agreements between Participants and such agreements are only permitted if they do not violate any of the existing rules. The Tournament Administration advises against such agreements and will not enforce any of them.
?
2.3 Contract Conditions
?
The Tournament Administration will not interfere with, and is not responsible for, any legal issues between a Player and their Team.
?
2.4 Non-Disclosure of Internal Information
?
All communication between The Tournament Administration and the Participants, including, but not limited to: protest, support tickets or other official correspondence, cannot be published without the written permission of The Tournament Administration.
?
2.5 Prize Money
?
All prize money won by a Participant will be transferred to an individual bank account. The bank account details should be provided to the Team Captain by the Participants. The list of players individual bank accounts should be provided to the Tournament Administration by the Team Captain or Manager. All costs occurred on the receiving bank account must be covered by the Participant. The Tournament Administration are not responsible for any further distribution or agreements.

2.5.1 Prize and Reward Distribution Breakdown

?
*Gold and bonds will be distributed by local Wargaming operator (EU, APAC, NA) or 360 (China) to the individual game accounts submitted by the team managers.
**Prize money will be calculated based on the local currency exchange rate and tax policies and distributed by local Wargaming operators (EU, APAC, NA) or 360 (China) to the personal bank accounts submitted by the team managers.

2.5.2 Penalties Pool
?
The money coming from Penalties for breaking the rules will be recalculated and redistributed at Tournament Administration's discretion.
?
2.5.3 Tax Policy
Tax is included in prize pool. The prize money will be calculated based on the tax policies of the country/region of the participant.
?
2.6 Expulsion
?
The Tournament Administration can, at its discretion, remove any Participants that it sees fit, for any reason (including but not limited to, rule violation, the inability to cooperate with tournament arrangements, being destructive to the tournament process, etc.), without stating the reason.
?
2.7 Game Broadcasts
?
All rights for audio and video recordings, and game replay files of the Tournament matches (hereinafter referred to as Video) belong to the Tournament Organizer. The Tournament Organizer can transfer the rights of publishing all or some of the Video to other parties, including the teams. The usage of Video by third parties should be approved by the Tournament Organizer before the match recorded in the corresponding Video.
Teams whose matches will be recorded on Video must be ready and at their places by the time the match starts. To avoid the possibility of unfair play, communications to the public, even while live streaming, are performed with a 10-minute delay.
At any stage of the Tournament, the Organizer may broadcast the Tournament. The Organizer reserves the right to add observers to the matches that will be broadcast. The broadcast delay will be 10 minutes. Observer and Referee accounts can be added to the teams. The Tournament Organizer reserves the right to record the voice chat of the teams. In the future, the voice chat recordings can be used for producing video assets.

2.8 Changes of these Rules
The organizer has the right to make changes to these Rules in the future at their own discretion. Any changes and/or amendments to these Rules will prevail over these Rules if any discrepancies arise.
If you continue to participate in the Tournament after the Rules were changed, you agree to abide by such changes. Such changes are valid and applicable to your participation in the Tournament from the day it begins.
3?TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE
?
?
The World of Tanks Inter-Continental Invitational?structure will take place in two distinct stages.
First stage - group stage:?round robin,?from January 7, 2023?to January 8, 2023, BO5, the ranking in the group stage will determine the order of match-ups in the elimination stage.
Second stage - elimination?stage: single?elimination, from January 14?to January 15, For third-place match and grand final, BO9.
CN – 1 slot in the Inter-Continental Invitational.
?
NA – 1 slot in the Inter-Continental Invitational.
?
APAC – 1 slot in the Inter-Continental Invitational.
?
EU – 1 slot in the Inter-Continental Invitational.
?
The participating team of each region will be invited and announced by the organizer.
?
?
3.1 Inter-Continental Invitational Timetable

*The actual match time needs to be confirmed and released based on the time difference and working hours of the teams in each region.
?
Inter-continental Invitational Round Robin Point Calculation
?
Each victory rewards 1 point. If two teams reach a point tie, the following will decide which team is ranked higher, in order of priority:
l?most number of victories,
l?least number of defeats,
l?the least amount of time taken to achieve all victories.
If all of the above conditions are the same, an additional match will be arranged with a further notice.
?

3.2 Event Schedule
?
The times provided in the schedule are subject to change based on the regional and organizer working hours.
All times provided in the schedule are in GMT?Time (UTC). There is no defined start time for matches. The schedule represents approximate match times according to a rolling schedule that ensures the appropriate game time and stream time.
4?Expense reimbursement
?
There will be no offline events during the tournament, so travel and accommodation are not required. If a team incurs additional expenses to cooperate with the organizer's request during the tournament, such as photo shooting, equipment purchase. The team must report such expense to the organizer and the host. The expense will can be reimbursed after approval.
?

5.1 Event Schedule
All players taking part in The Grand Finals are obliged to take part in all the scheduled events.
?
The exact schedule of events in which the Players are obliged to participate in will be delivered individually to Team Captains before the event starts. Please keep in mind the schedule may be subject to change even during the event.
?
Players are obliged to provide various assets for live streams or media articles, providing the Organizer with an opportunity to produce assets for the event. Teams are obliged to wear appropriate clothes and behave appropriately to the rules, as mentioned in this document.
?
?
5.2 Interviews
?
Players taking part in the Tournament are obliged to take part in interviews requested by Beijing StarWorld Technology co. ltd. and Wargaming.net. Players are obliged to answer interview questions in a cordial and timely fashion.
?
Players are allowed to refuse answering any questions and denying interview requests from 3rd?parties. However, it is recommended that Players take part in as many interviews as possible.
?
5.3 Appropriate behavior
?
Players should keep in mind that a high level of professionalism is required while communicating themselves with locals, staff, organizers, press and other people they may encounter. This includes not only active behavior, but also “passive” behavior, such as statements and actions during the event.
?
The Tournament Administration reserves the right to disqualify any Player and/or Team for inappropriate behavior that include but not limited to displaying hurtful, offensive, or racist expressions towards their opponent.
?
The use of gestures, words, images, or any other means to transmit inappropriate messages, particularly messages that are of a political, ideological, religious, or offensive nature will be subject to disciplinary measures.
?
Inappropriate behavior of members of a Team and/or Clan or other Organization affiliated with a Player and/or Team participating in the Tournament?may also lead to penalties, including disqualification of the participating Player and/or Team.
?
Penalties, including disqualification, can be delivered without prior warning in severe cases of breaking of this rule.
?
Violations of this rule will be punished accordingly.
?
5.3.1 Insults
?
All insults occurring in connection with the Tournament Administration will be punished. This primarily applies to insults that occur during a Match, but also includes any insults on Tournament related platforms or websites (forums, match comments, player guestbooks, etc.).
?
Depending on the nature and severity of the insult, the penalty will be assigned at the discretion of the Tournament Administration either to the Participant in question or jointly to the entire Team.
?
5.3.2 Spamming
The excessive posting of senseless, harassing, or offensive messages is regarded as spam.
?
Spamming on any tournament related platforms will be punished at the discretion of The Tournament Administration, depending on the nature and severity.
?
A participant will be punished for excessive spamming, if it is considered that the spamming distracted opponents or disrupted a Game. Chat functions are solely meant for Match-related communication with the opponent and the Match administrator and not to gain any tactical advantage.
?
5.3.3 Unsportsmanlike Behavior
?
For an orderly and pleasant game, it is essential that all players have a sportsmanlike attitude and play fair. Breaches of this rule will be punished. The most important and most common offence is stated below. However, the Tournament Administration treats the catalogue of offence?as an open one.
?
5.3.4 In-game Punishments
?
Any player found guilty of violating the World of Tanks (WoT) End User License Agreement (EULA) and/or Terms of Service (ToS) and/or any other policy applying to the product and/or service may receive additional punishments depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
?
5.4 Deception
?
Any attempt to deceive the Tournament Administration or any other Participants using false or fictitious information, statements or data will be treated as deception and punished depending on the nature and severity, at the discretion of The Tournament Administration.
?
?
5.5 Unfair Play
?
The following actions will be considered as Unfair Play and sanctioned at the discretion of the Tournament Administration:
?
5.5.1 Ineligible Players
?
Attempting to use or using a player who does not meet the requirements to register as a participant of?the World of Tanks Inter-Continental Invitational.
?
5.5.2 Ringer / Faker
Playing or attempting to play under the name or using the tournament account of another player.
?
5.5.3 Cheating / Game modifications
Cheating is prohibited. Any modification of the World of Tanks game client by any player or Team without the express consent of the Tournament Administration is prohibited.
Cheating is understood as modifying the World of Tanks game client, as well as performing any out-of-game action in order to achieve an advantage.
?
5.5.4 Complicity
Any arrangement(s) made between two (2) or more Participants for the purpose of causing a disadvantage to opposing Participants. Complicity pertains to, but is not limited to, acts such as:
Match fixing, including any pre-arranged division of currency or goods.
Any form of communication between the Participants of more than one Team that is intended to put any other Tournament Participants at a disadvantage. This includes, but is not limited to the following forms of communication:
o?Verbal
o?Written
o?Sign language
o?Gestures
o?Any other means of communication.
Knowingly trying to lose a Game and/or attempting to purposely sabotage a Participant’s or Team’s ability to win a Game.
?
5.5.5 Gambling
All Players and Team Representatives, either directly or indirectly, are prohibited from betting or gambling on any results of any World of Tanks Inter-Continental Invitational Game/Match globally.
In such cases of detection of this rule violation, the Tournament Administration qualifies such violation as critical, and appropriate sanctions will be applied to the offender(s).

5.5.6 Sportsmanship
Every Participant should represent their Team and the Tournament by participating to the best of their abilities. Anything that falls short of that is considered to be unsportsmanlike and will be penalized depending on the severity of the behavior as determined by the tournament Administration.
?
5.5.7 Bug / Glitch Use
Intentional use of any in-game bugs, glitches and any obviously unintended game mechanics. All cases will be reviewed on an individual basis by the Tournament Administration at their discretion.
?
5.6 Control measures
?
5.6.1 Team communication tool
The Teams’ communication on the voice server, which is used as the main voice communication system, will be monitored by the tournament referees. The teams are obliged to ensure uninterrupted access to such voice servers.
?
5.6.2 Communication records
Wargaming.net reserves the right to record all communication during the event. These records will not, in any circumstances, be shared with any third parties, and will be deleted when they are no longer necessary for the purposes Wargaming.net collected them.
?
5.6.3 Battle records
All Players must record all battles of the Tournament via the default game recording functionality embedded into the game. Every player must provide the replays of every battle to the Tournament Administration.
?
5.6.4 Python logs
All team captains must collect game client’s python logs of all team members and deliver them to the Tournament Administration within the time requirement.
?
5.6.5 Penalty
If any Player and/or Team fail to comply with the above-mentioned rules The Tournament Administration reserves the right to disqualify such Players and/or Team. The Tournament Administration also reserves the right to make a judgment on cases that are not specifically supported, or detailed in this section, or to make judgments that even go against this section in extreme cases, to preserve fair play and sportsmanship.

5.7 Clothing
?
Clothing must be appropriate and respectable. In addition, players are not allowed to wear clothing that contains elements of other brands that are direct competitors of this tournament's sponsors.
?
5.8 Intoxication
?
Players are not allowed to consume alcohol or any other intoxicating substance during the tournament or live streaming.
?
5.9 Presence during the event
?
Teams are obliged to be prepared 30 minutes prior to the start of their Match. Teams may be asked and must be available to play during normal working hours on match day at the Administration discretion based on prior match lengths, scheduling opportunities or technical necessity. Changes to the schedule will be communicated to the team captain or representative in a timely fashion by the Administration.
?
Players must notify The Tournament administration if they leave the tournament environment, regardless of the reason.
?
5.10 Substitutes
?
Teams are permitted to bring additional substitutes from their roster.
?
Teams have a maximum of 2 min after two rounds to change Players; if for any reason a player(s) is not ready the match will proceed as normal. The substitute player will be treated as a normal player and need to follow the corresponding rules and requirements to complete the game. .
?
5.11 World of Tanks Inter-Continental Invitational Team Roster
?
The roster of Inter-Continental Invitational Team must consist of a minimum of fifteen (15) players matching the roster from the Qualifier tournament the team participated in. A player can only apply to one team.
?
A Team Roster may consist of a maximum of 21 players and Managers.
?
In case of absence of any?player due to any issues, the team manager has a right to substitute this player during all matches of the Finals. The Manager has a right to change one player from the starting line-up and participate as a player during all the Inter-Continental Invitational matches.
?
During the tournament, the substitute players are required to be prepared according to the standards of a normal player so they will be able to participate in the tournament as an acceptable substitute player in emergency situations.
?
5.12?Team Requirements
By participating in this Tournament, each player confirms that they accept the conditions of these Rules, fully agree with them, and confirm that they will comply with the Rules throughout the Tournament. If a player does not agree with the Rules or the changes made to them, they must stop participating in the Tournament.
?
The winners of the Tournament will?receive prizes only if the conditions stipulated in these Rules are met and if the requirements specified in this clause of the Rules are met.
?
5.13?Team Name and Logo
?
5.13.1 Team Name
The team’s name should comply with the Game Rules.
?
5.13.2 Team Logo
The teams should provide their logos to the Tournament Organizers for broadcasting purposes. Participants of the Inter-Continental Invitation are obliged to use the same Team Name and Team Logo as in the preceding regional Qualifier. The logo must be at least 800×800 pixels in size, with transparent background in PNG or PSD format or can be provided in vector format. The clan emblem may be used as the team logo.

Requests for changes in the Team Name and/or Team Logo can be filed in the Tournament Administration and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
?
6?TOURNAMENT HARDWARE
?
Players are required to prepare the personal computers and related devices that meet the tournament requirements by themselves.
?
7?TOURNAMENT SOFTWARE
?
Each machine provided for the event will contain all necessary software required to participate, including but not limited to:
?
·?A World of Tanks game client that is applicable to this tournament.
·?Voice communication software (to be announced later).
·?Supporting softwares or plugins provided by the organizer.
?
Players need to personally make sure that the various softwares are running correctly and report to the event Organizer if any issue arises.
?
The Organizer will provide any necessary technical support.
?
If the issue persists, the participating team should arrange a substitute player as soon as possible.
The installation of any World of Tanks client modifications is prohibited – only game modifications installed by the WCI Administration may be used.
?
?
8?GAME RULES
?
8.1 General rules
Game Settings remain the same for the Group Stage and Playoff Stage of the WCI Finals Matches.
?
·?Team size: 15 Players.
·?Game mode: Attack/Defense on a standard map according to the Rules of the Global Map landings.
·?The Attacking Team spawns at Base 2 at the beginning of the battle, right side in training room. The Defending Team spawns at Base 1 at the beginning of the battle, left side in training room.
·?Battle duration – 12 minutes.
?
8.1.1 Team Tank Setup regulations:
·?The Tournament is held using the?accounts provided by the Tournament Administration. These accounts are distributed to Team Captains by the Organizer and will be withdrawn after the end of the tournament. Players are not allowed to change name of such accounts.
·?Teams are permitted to use only researchable tanks available within their tournament account which includes all tanks available in the tech tree and collector's vehicles. No award tanks are allowed.
·?Players may use any consumables, equipment, crew skills and bonds within their tournament account.
·?Max vehicle tier: X only (no other vehicle tiers are allowed).
·?If there is no enough resources, tanks, crew skills, equipments, etc, players should report prior to battle. No appeal will be accepted due to account issue after the battle is over.

8.1.2 Victory conditions:
?
·?The team that captures the enemy base or destroys all enemy vehicles wins the battle.
·??If the game system announces a battle ends in draw, the defending team wins the battle. The reasons for draw are: 1. Neither of the teams destroys?all enemy vehicles within time. 2. Neither of the teams captured the opponent's base within time. 3. The two teams captured the opponents' bases at the same time. 4. The final players in each team destroyed each other's tanks simultaneously.
8.1.3 Match regulations:
?
·?If one match consists of maximum 5 battles (the 5th battle is the tie-break). The first team that scores 3 victories is declared the winner.To win a match, a team needs to win 3 battles out of 5. If one team gets 3 wins, the remaining battles are not played.
·?If one match?consists?of a maximum 9 battles (the 9th battle is the tie-break). The first team that scores 5 victories is declared the winner.To win the final match, a team needs to win 5 battles out of 9. If one team gets 5 wins, the remaining battles are not played.

8.1.4 Tie-breaker:
?
If two teams reach 2:2 in BO5 or 4:4 in BO9, the tie-breaker will be used to decide the match winner.
?
8.1.5 Tie-breaker rules:
?
Tie-breaker system will only be used to determine the Match Winner in case both Teams have not gained the number of points necessary to win a match.
?
8.1.6 Tie-breaker regulations. Home-team determination:
?
?
Introduction: if two teams?reach 2:2 in BO5 or 4:4 in BO9, the tie-breaker will be used to decide the match winner.
Tie-breakers will be played on Himmelsdorf and will not be using "World of Tanks BP Assistant"The referee will contact the team captains for tank selection. In this battle, the team with the fastest battle win can decide whether to defend or attack. Tank selection will not be conduced using "World of Tanks BP Assistant". The referee will contact the team captains for match lineups. The team captains can submit their lineups using in-game chat or designated external messaging software. (They are free to choose whatever tanks in the pool.) e.g., 10 Super Conquerors and 5 60TP. The available tanks are all tanks?in the tank pool. The tank types are no longer restricted by article "8.6.1.3." E.g., one team can select 15 heavy tanks, both teams selected Object 277. The lineup will be submitted to the referee within 5 minutes after the last battle ends. Once the lineup is submitted, the referee will arrange the tanks according to the submitted lineup.

8.1.7 Game Restarts:
If the following situations occur, Tournament Management has the right to restart the battle or the match on a case-by-case basis.
l?A?BUG occurred in the game that affected the current battle, and neither team has a clear advantage.
l?A?server-side network issue occurred that affected the current battle, and neither team has a clear advantage.
If a game BUG or server-side network issue affected the current battle, the Tournament Management has the right to award a victory to one of the teams for a particular battle after reviewing the battle recording.
l?A?BUG occurred in the game that affected the current battle, and one?team has a clear advantage.
l?A?server-side network issue occurred that affected the current battle, and neither team has a clear advantage.
l?After entering the game, one team didn't select the tank according to the Ban/Pick result for the first time.
?

8.1.8?Points system:
?
During group stage (round-robin tournament) victory points distributed according to following rule:
?
Each victory rewards 1 point. If two teams reach a point tie, the following will decide which team is ranked higher, in order of priority:

If all of the above conditions are the same, an additional match will be arranged with a further notice.

8.1.9?Draws
?
There is no situation for a draw. See Victory Conditions outlined in Section 8.1.2

8.1.10 Game Replays
?
Before the beginning of a battle, all players are obliged to make sure that the option for Battle Recording is enabled.
The Tournament Organizer reserves the right to use recorded battles to create media materials that are dedicated to the Tournament.
The Tournament Organizer has the right to use and share battle replays in open access without additional approval of the Team Captains, as well as transfer such rights to third parties that are related to the Tournament Organization.
Replays are property of the Organizer and may not be distributed without the Organizer's written permission.
If players do not submit replay and log file required, the tournament organizer has the right to punish the team accordingly.

8.2 Pre-Battle
?
The Training Room will be created immediately prior the match. Players must be ready for battle at this time. Players should join the training room 15 minutes prior to their match. If a Team is not complete five (5) minutes after the Head Referee declares official Match time, the Game will start without the missing players.
?
The referee will inform the Team Captains, or their delegated representatives, when the Battle will start.
?
The teams have 90 seconds between each battle where no map change (two battles with different spawn sides on same map) is taking place within the match to prepare. Teams will have 180 ?seconds or 3 minutes between matches where map change happens?(two battles on different maps). This extra time is to allow players?change. Teams not ready at the end of the 3minutes will face playing short and/or a technical defeat. This will be at the referee discretion.

8.3 Game Accounts
?
All players are obliged to use their Tournament Accounts they received for the Inter-Continental Invitational event specifically.
?
These game accounts are named after the nicknames provided by the teams and are only available for matches and training purposes of the event. Players are prohibited from using their tournament accounts in any other way or for any purpose other than preparation, training, and participation in the Inter-Continental Invitational games.
?
Players are not allowed to use their personal accounts for the purpose of training or preparing for the Inter-Continental Invitational. Players must use the accounts provided by the Tournament administration at all times.
?
8.4 Map pool, Ban/Pick process and Starting Position
All Games of the Inter-Continental Invitational will be played on the following maps (referred to as the “Map Pool”):

All matches are played in the "two battles per map" format except for the tie-breaker. After each battle, the re spawns swap.

8.4.5 Server swaps
If the sever swaps principle is applied, on the maps selected by Team Red, the match takes place on the home server of Team Blue and vice versa.?
8.5 Match Organization
?
8.5.1
The date and time of the matches will be specified in the schedule.
?
8.5.2
The organization and refereeing are performed by the match referee who is appointed by the Tournament Organizer.
?
8.5.3
Players receive invitations to the training room no earlier than 30 minutes before the start of the match. All participants of the match should enter the match training room at least 15 minutes before the start. The actual match time will be adjusted according to the ending time of the last match and is subject to the Tournament Management's notice.

8.5.4
The Referee has the right to fine the entire team for a delay in the match and broadcast due to the fault of a player/players.

8.5.5
The match referee makes decisions in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations and informs the teams about them. In case of situations that are not described in these Regulations, the referee has the right to resolve the situation at their own discretion.

8.5.6
The training room is created by the match referee.

8.5.7
The break time between battles within the match should not exceed 90 seconds. The break time between the most recent map and the tie-breaker should not exceed 180 ?seconds. The break time between battles can be extended at the discretion of the match referee.

8.5.8
If one or more players on a team are not ready within the specified break between battles, the Referee has the right to count a technical defeat for a particular battle.

8.5.9
In case of a technical defeat, the opposing team is awarded a win in this battle. If a technical defeat is counted to both teams, each team receives defeat points.

8.5.10
The match referee informs players about the beginning of the match in the training room chat or via designated external messaging software by the Organizer

8.6 Tank Line-Ups
?
8.6.1 Tanks picking
?
8.6.1.1 Tanks picking order
On maps chosen by Team A, Team B will ban/pick tanks first, and vice versa.

8.6.1.2 Tanks pool
Only Tier X researchable vehicles and collector's vehicles from Update 1.19?are available.
*If new Tier X researchable vehicles and collector's vehicles are released in future version updates before the tournament begins, the Organizer has the right to decide if the tanks should be added to the Tank Pool.
8.6.1.3 Tanks picking process
Before each game,Team Representatives will pick tanks in turns via the tool?“WotBPAssistant”?(Tool and accounts for login will be provided by organizers) provided by the Organizer. Team Representative has 30 seconds to pick a vehicle. If they fail to do so, the referee will issue a warning. If three warnings are issued in a same match, some prize money may be deducted on a case-by-case basis.

Players are obliged to play the tanks according to the picks made by Team Representatives. The vehicle selection process according to this rule applies to all battles.

After all vehicles are selected correctly by both teams, Referee informs the Team Representatives about that via in-game chat or external messaging software designated by the Organizer. After that, the battle starts.

If a player/players enter battle and team's tank lineup does not comply with a predefined setup the battle will be restarted. Referee will warn players about that in the game chat.
?
If a player/players fail to comply with submitted setup again in the same battle or repeatedly in the following battles, the whole team will be determined as loser in this battle.

Team Representatives may request a delay. In that case the visual and voice countdown (180 seconds) begins. Referee can refuse such request at his own discretion. The battle starts after the countdown.

If a player/players do not confirm their vehicle's readiness, the team begins the battle with an incomplete lineup.

8.6.1.4?Minimum number of vehicles of different classes
?
Ban:
Each team can ban up to 1 light tank.
Each team can ban up to 1 SPG.
Pick:
Each team must choose at least 2 light tanks.
Each team must choose at least 2 medium tanks.
Each team must choose at least 2 heavy tanks.
Each team must choose at least 2 tank destroyers.
Each team must choose at least 1 SPG.
Others:
If a tank is not selected in Ban/Pick, the system will wait for the player's choice when the countdown ends.
The other team cannot select a tank in your team.
The tank selected by your team can be select two more times in Ban/Pick, resulting in up to three same tanks.
The opponent must be allowed to select at least one of each tank type.

8.6.1.5?Other Ban/Pick Rules?
If a tank is not selected in Ban/Pick, the system will wait for the player's choice when the countdown ends.
The other team cannot select a tank in your team.
The tank selected by your team can be select two more times in Ban/Pick, resulting in up to three same tanks.
The opponent must be allowed to select at least one of each tank type.
For example: During Ban/Pick, 5 light tanks remained. Team A has not selected any light tanks, and Team B has selected 4 different light tanks, which results in only one available light tank. To make sure that Team A can select the remaining light tank (including selecting the same tank multiple times), "World of Tanks BP Assistant" will not allow Team B to select the remaining light tank.

9 RULE MODIFICATIONS
?
The Tournament Administration reserves the right to change or modify these Rules at their sole discretion and, in special cases, make decisions not covered by these Rules to preserve the spirit of fair competition and sportsmanship.

10 PARTICIPATION
?
By participating in the Inter-Continental Invitational, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to follow all the applying rules within this and other associated documents.
?
Employees of 360, CGA and Wargaming are banned from participating in any games of the Inter-Continental Invitational.
?
All Partners and/or Sponsors of the Inter-Continental Invitational are banned from participating in any games for the duration of their active involvement.
?
11 PENALTIES
?
If a Participant violates one or more of these Inter-Continental Invitational?Rule?book, they will be punished according to the degree of the infringement.
?
The Tournament Administration will decide, in its sole discretion, whether an offence has affected the outcome of a Match to an extent that it cannot be counted and must be replayed.
?
Severity of any punishments can be changed by the Tournament Admins at their discretion based on the severity of the offence.
?

?
The Tournament Administration reserves the right to punish all actions not mentioned in the rules on a case-by-case basis. The Tournament Administration is not required to present the reason behind said punishment.
?
12 Protest and Appeals
?
12.1.
Protests or appeals regarding any situation or violation of these Rules not directly related to the Game Rules must be addressed to the Match Referee directly.
?
12.2.
An appeal regarding the same issue can only be submitted once to the Tournament Organizer, except in cases of newly discovered evidence. A continuous submission of protests (two or more times) regarding the same issue may be considered an attempt to obtain an advantage and influence the decision of the Tournament Organizer on the matter of argument, which violates the principles of fair play stated in these Regulations.

12.3.
If the final decision is made by the Tournament Organizer, it will not be subject to revision. Repeated protests and appeals will not be processed.
?
13 Information Submitted Within the Tournament
?
13.1.
Any personal information that you present to the Organizer as part of participation in the Tournament (Personal Information) will be used for the purposes of your participation in the Tournament, including acquisition of the prize, and abidance to the present Regulations. You also consent that your Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties, if this is required to transfer the prize (prizes), and when such disclosure is required in accordance with applicable legislation.
?
You confirm that you will not provide your personal data and the personal data of third parties (including their full name and copies of documents that prove their identity and identification number) to the Organizer without a special request by the Organizer. Any Personal Information submitted by you at your sole discretion will be deleted by the Organizer automatically.
13.2.
The Tournament Organizer has the right to disqualify any player who presents false or incomplete information.

14 Limitation of Liability of the Tournament Organizer
?
14.1.
The Tournament Organizer is not liable for any actions of third parties.
?
14.2.
The Tournament Organizer reimburses Tournament participants only for direct damages caused by guilty actions of the Tournament Organizer.
?
14.3.
The Tournament Organizer shall not be held liable for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of its liabilities if such a fulfillment was made impossible due to force majeure circumstances.
?
15 Choice of law and dispute resolution
?
These Rules and the Tournament are subject to the law of the Republic of China. Disputes related to the Tournament are resolved in Chaoyang District, Beijing.
?
16 Receiving prizes
?
16.1
The money prize earned by a team in the Tournament will be paid either by the Tournament Organizer or third parties assigned by the Organizer for transferring the money to the banking accounts of each player submitted by the Team Captain. The Team Captain submits the necessary information within one week after the end of the Tournament. By participating in the Tournament, all players of the team acknowledge that they agree with the fact that the prize payable to their team is transferred to the accounts submitted by the Captain of their team. All bank and other charges, withholdings, deductions, and taxes, including income tax, as well as any other charges with prize payout, are incurred by the Tournament Organizer?applied to local policy and law.

16.2
From the moment the prize is written off the Online account/bank account of the Tournament Organizer or a third party, assigned by the Organizer, the obligation for paying out the prize money is considered fulfilled. The Tournament Organizer, or a third party assigned by the Organizer for paying out the prize money, are not responsible for any consequences if the information submitted by the Team Captain for transferring the prize is invalid, incorrect, incomplete, or contains information about third-party accounts.

16.3
To receive the prize money, the Team Captain must submit the information?required by the Organizer for transferring the money.
?
16.4
Prize money is paid within four weeks from the moment the Team Captain submits the full payment details of each player.
?
16.5
Untimely, incomplete, inaccurate, incorrect provision or non-provision of information specified in this paragraph will be considered as violation of the present Rules. In this case, the Tournament Organizer is not responsible for inadequate fulfillment of their obligations for transferring the prize money.

16.6
The winners and each individual winner agree that the Tournament Organizer and Organizer's employees are not responsible for accepting/receiving the prize awarded in the Tournament.??
