Some people believe that employers should not be concerned about the way their employees dress, but they should be concerned about the quality at work.
To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Whether employers should focus on employees’ dressing or their work has been a controversy.
In terms of my perspective ,both the two aspects should be considered as they relate to company image and productivity.

1 Unequivocally , there are some reasons why dressing code is significant.
2 For customer service oriented industries ,such as restaurants or hospitality industries ,the way how staff dress is a symbol of company profile.
3 For example, when ordering foods in restaurants, or lodging in hotels ,clients can easily find help by identifying people dressing in uniforms.
4 As a result of this, uniforms are always employed in such places , which can provide simultaneous customers service ,and therefore boost customer satisfaction.
5 Likewise ,in some technological firms ,it is normal to see engineers who sit in front of screens , writing codes all day wear the same t -shirts with the company’s logo on.
6 While they do not have to serve customers face to face, this policy can increase employees’ morale and strengthen their cohesion as they can realize they are part of the team when seeing the logo on their clothes.

1On the other , the outcome of employees work is closely correlated with companies’ competitiveness in the market.
2Specifically, the quality of customer service lies in how fast employees can respond to customers ,which can decide whether clients will maintain.
3A similar situation can take place at any company in this fast changing market where performance matters.
4In software companies, the faster their products can be put into the market, the bigger market share they can win.
5This explains why enterprises always hold various training courses for the sake of improving employee’s working efficiency and incentivize those whose performances are outstanding.
6虛擬 If companies could not react appropriately to the market, clients would be likely to turn to other providers for help. ?
7 Customers have the power , which means they can boycott companies whose customer service cannot meet their requirements.

In summary ,the above two factors are equally important for sustainability of enterprises , and different industries will have different emphasis .
