機理
???四肽-30抑制酪氨酸酶的基因表達 ，減少酪氨酸酶的數(shù)量;通過降低促黑激素α- MSH和促黑激素前體POMC，抑制黑素細胞活化作用，減少黑色素生產(chǎn); 通過作用于人角質(zhì)形成細胞可顯著降低UVB誘導(dǎo)的白細胞介素IL-6，IL-8和TNF-α的mRNA表達，最重要是可降低POMC基因的表達， 減少炎癥后色素沉著和UVB誘導(dǎo)的皮膚色素沉著。
?Tetrapeptide-30 inhibits the gene expression of Tyrosinase and reduces the number of Tyrosinase; By reducing melanotropin levels α-? MSH and pro melanocyte hormone POMC inhibit the activation of Melanocyte and reduce melanin production; By acting on human Keratinocyte, it can significantly reduce UVB induced interleukin IL-6, IL-8 and TNF- α MRNA expression, most importantly, can reduce the expression of POMC genes, reduce post inflammation pigmentation and UVB induced skin pigmentation.
