Firm limit factors on production/plans ： Demand、Materials、Labour、Machine ?hours、Money

1. 當(dāng)企業(yè)只存在一個限制因素時：

1) Identify scarce resource.確認(rèn)稀缺資源 shortfall=resource needed–resource ?available

2) Calculate the contribution per unit for each product. 計算每個產(chǎn)品 ?contribution

3) Calculate contribution per unit of the scarce resource.計算各產(chǎn)品稀缺資源 ?contribution

4) Rank the products in order of the result from 根據(jù) contribution 安排生產(chǎn)優(yōu)先級

5) Allocate the resources using this ranking. 根據(jù)排序分配資源

2. 當(dāng)企業(yè)存在多個限制因素時：建立 2 個變量的線性方程

1) Define the variables (x， y) 可以 let X=units of product A， Y=…

2) State the constraints as linear relationships，例如 10 X +15 Y ≤ ?18000，X、Y》0

3) Objective function 目標(biāo)函數(shù)（zui大化 contribution），如 Maximum ： 8X +12 Y

4) Draw the lines on the gragh 繪圖

5) Feasible region 可行性區(qū)間 & Optimum production point zui佳生產(chǎn)點： C

Slack/Surplus 松弛（input ）和過剩（output ）

1) Slack is the amount of resource is not fully used and indicates that ?unused resources can be put into another use.表示資源沒有充分利用，可以將該資源用于其他地方.

2) Surplus is the amount of output over the min requirement 表示產(chǎn)出超過zui低要求。

3) Shadow price (dual price)： 陰影價格

4) Additional contribution generated from one additional unit of limiting ?factor.

Shadow price= New total contribution -Original total contribution 可得額外貢獻(xiàn)

5) Opportunity cost of not having the use of one extra unit.不使用額外資源的機(jī)會成本

6) The maximum extra amount that should be paid for one additional unit of ?scarce resource.額外購買稀缺資源的成本。

如果 shadow price > 額外單位成本，方案可行。
