從初六開始，很多企業(yè)都已經(jīng)恢復(fù)上班。這幾天應(yīng)該算是復(fù)工高峰，像我們這個(gè)行業(yè)，很多是從二月一號(hào)左右回歸。有人會(huì)問開工了怎么跟客戶講，要不要給客戶發(fā)復(fù)工通知，也許大部分小伙伴選擇直接問候客戶。

表達(dá)復(fù)工的短語常用的有：

get back to work

resume work

return to work/ officially return to work.

常見的表達(dá)復(fù)產(chǎn)的短語有

resume operation

resume production

經(jīng)過長假之后，你要知道哪些是必須做好的，其實(shí)上班的第一件事，并不是給客戶發(fā)郵件告知我們已經(jīng)上班，而是你要收集信息和準(zhǔn)備資料，信息準(zhǔn)確與否和資料充分與否直接影響到你接下來的跟進(jìn)工作是否順利，這個(gè)是基礎(chǔ)性的。

01.及時(shí)修改假期時(shí)間

及時(shí)修改網(wǎng)站上的Banner和滾動(dòng)圖顯示的假期時(shí)間。

假如春節(jié)前你有這樣的改動(dòng)的話，要及時(shí)修改。另外，郵箱設(shè)置了自動(dòng)回復(fù)的，旺旺上設(shè)置了上班時(shí)間的，社交媒體平臺(tái)發(fā)布放假狀態(tài)的，都要及時(shí)修改和更新，避免影響客戶給你發(fā)詢盤的意向。

02.聯(lián)系工廠或者供應(yīng)商

拜個(gè)年，然后告訴他們，我們已經(jīng)正常上班，確定一下他們什么時(shí)候工人到崗并可以接單生產(chǎn)，供貨能力如何？及時(shí)了解產(chǎn)品價(jià)格的變動(dòng)，可否給我們做好報(bào)價(jià)的準(zhǔn)備等信息。

03.聯(lián)系貨代

拜個(gè)年，也告訴他們，我們已經(jīng)正常上班，然后了解一下春節(jié)過后拖頭和船務(wù)的信息是否有變動(dòng)調(diào)整，艙位如何，什么時(shí)候可以正常運(yùn)輸?shù)刃畔ⅰ?/p>

04.對(duì)各類客戶及時(shí)發(fā)送復(fù)工郵件激活

及時(shí)發(fā)送復(fù)工郵件，是一件能夠極大地增強(qiáng)客戶感知的事情，如何寫郵件需要針對(duì)不同的客戶采取不同的寫法。

對(duì)于比較重要的客戶，除了在即時(shí)聊天軟件上通知客戶已經(jīng)復(fù)工，也要在郵件告知客戶，顯得更加正式和重視。

首先，已經(jīng)下單的客戶，可以就訂單的具體情況跟客戶說明?？蛻糇铌P(guān)心的交期大概是什么時(shí)候，還要表示你會(huì)跟進(jìn)并給與反饋。

其次，就是已經(jīng)談得差不多，在節(jié)前就說要打款，但是款還沒到賬的，這些客戶你在假期的時(shí)候也會(huì)跟進(jìn)，現(xiàn)在正式復(fù)工你就要開始催定金了，只有收到錢，才能定下心。

再就是非常潛在的客戶，你們已經(jīng)談到一半，或者是客戶手上有實(shí)在的項(xiàng)目在談，這些客戶對(duì)你接下來兩個(gè)月的業(yè)績起著舉足輕重的作用，所以也要重視并跟進(jìn)，希望他們能盡快下單的，大家根據(jù)不同產(chǎn)品來進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
