鈹青銅以鈹作為主要合金組元的一種無錫青銅。含有1.7~2.5%鈹及少 量鎳、鉻、鈦等元素,經(jīng)過淬火時效處理后,強度 極限可達1250~1500MPa,接近中等強度鋼的水 平。在淬火狀態(tài)下塑性很好,可以加工成各種半成 品。鈹青銅具有很高的硬度、彈性極限、疲勞極限 和耐磨性,還具有良好的耐蝕性、導熱性和導電 性,受沖擊時不產(chǎn)生火花,廣泛用作重要的彈性元 件、耐磨零件和防爆工具等。
