No Man is An Island
As John Donn's poem says, no man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main. At first, every country is a part of the world. Young people all over the world should strive to understand each other. Then, there are some miscommunications and stereotypes about China in some countries. In some movies and TV series, they portray Chinese people as poor and stupid, which is seriously inconsistent with the truth. What's more, some countries even claim the traditional Chinese culture with a history of thousands of years as their own. As is known to all,China is not only becoming more and more powerful because of its young people, and China but also having a bigger voice in the world. Chinese young people should let the world take the initiative to recognize the real China. On the one hand, we can improve our comprehensive ability and attract people from other countries to come to appreciate our beautiful country. On the other hand, we can go abroad to study, make friends with foreigners and introduce the real China to them.The young people all over the world should build mutual understanding. Young man from other countries should take initiative to eliminate some misunderstandings and stereotypes about China. We also have to respect what countries are like.
With the development of China. Chinese is becoming more and more popular. As native speakers,it's our duty to learn Chinese well.It helps us understand Chinese culture better. Chinese was one of the subjects when I was in a primary school.At first,I used to be weak in it,and I felt stressed out. My Chinese teacher advised me to read more books.From then on,reading played an important role in my life. I often went to the library which was near my home. I made much more progress in Chinese. I think reading books is a useful way of learning Chinese well. Also, it's necessary to practice writing as often as we can. Only in this way can we become a good Chinese learner. However,there was a country that began to steal Chinese culture. They described Chinese characters as their own, Chinese festivals as their own, and Chinese traditional costumes as their own, and they constantly applied to the world for cultural heritage. Nowadays ,Chinese is a kind of language that is regarded as the native language by most people in the world. A great difference between Chinese and western languages is that Chinese is composed of characters instead of letters. Chinese is the oldest among the current writing systems that are still in use. People from different regions may not understand each other's dialects in China. However, they have almost no difficulty in communicating, because Chinese characters have a unified writing style. Chinese has an important position in history. Today, with the rapid growth of China's economy and global influence, more and more people from other countries have begun to learn Chinese.
