　　Hello,everyone.Recently,more and more goods have been exported to foreign countries for return or repair.At present,we don't know how to operate them,so Mr.Li of Mingyang Supply Chain will sort out the process of return and repair of goods and the required information for everyone.

　　一、退運

　　貨物退運首先有三個要求：

　　1.出口時間必須在一年內（The export time must be within one year.）

　　2.提供原出口的整套資料（Provide a complete set of information on the original export）

　　3.必須貨主正規(guī)報關出口，不能買單出口（The owner must formally declare the goods for export,and cannot pay the bill for export.）

　　退運進口所需要的資料：

　　1.退運申請（Return application）

　　2.退運協(xié)議（Return agreement）

　　3.退運已補稅證明或未完稅證明（Return the goods with tax paid certificate or tax unpaid certificate.）

　　4.原進/出口報關單及整套報關資料（Original import/export declaration form and complete set of customs declaration materials）

　　5.裝箱單、發(fā)票、合同、提單（Packing list,invoice,contract,bill of lading）

　　二、返修

　　貨物返修進口要滿足的三個要求：

　　1.貨物出口必須時間五年內（Goods must be exported within five years.）

　　2.提供原出口的整套資料（Provide a complete set of information on the original export）

　　3.必須貨主正規(guī)報關出口，不能買單出口（現(xiàn)買單報關出口的需要返修可以實行有償返修）

　　返修進口所需的單證資料：

　　1.原出口報關質料（Original export declaration materials）

　　2.進口報關質料（Import declaration data）

　　3.質量問題描述（Quality problem description）

　　4.返修協(xié)議（Repair agreement）

　　5.中檢報關（Chinese customs declaration）

　　6.維修工序（Maintenance process）

　　返修會交個保證金，貨物復出口后回根據(jù)出口資料等退回保證金。（A deposit will be paid for the repair,and the deposit will be returned according to the export information after the goods are re-exported.）
